A unique experience to enjoy a private tiny piece of nature. Our 23' RV is a 2021 Couples Coach, with a full kitchen and full bathroom. Living room and dining also. Our RV is a very cozy with all the amenities of home, and so close to everything. The Beach, Hana Park, Mayo Clinic, Downtown, UNF, and the Mayport Base are 5- 20 min. down the road. The Mayport Shrimping fleet is 6 min. away (highly recommend Safe Harbor Seafood Grill). Our ferry is 7 min. away. Cruise across the St. Johns River and enjoy a 30 min. ride up A1A to Fernandina Beach. The options are unlimited.

Full access to our deep water floating dock on Greenfield Creek that leads out to the St. Johns River and the Intracoastal. Enjoy the marsh in our backyard. There are plenty of Redfish, Flounder, and Trout in these creeks and if you're lucky, we do have Manatees and Porpoises that visit every now and then. The Ospreys (fish eagle), along with all of the vast family's of Egrets are a normal site.

Great getaway for canoe fishing

This trailer was exactly as advertised and just right for 2. It's a quiet spot, which is close to just about everything in Jacksonville. The owner is extremely helpful and non-intrusive. It's easy to launch into the creek and the fishing was quite good, considering the temp dropped from 70 to 35! Would definitely stay again.

First time in an RV - 10/10 !

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying in Jeff’s RV! I didn’t really know what to expect because I have never stayed in an RV but it was beautiful! Jeff communication was fantastic and very accommodating. My boyfriend also caught 3 catfish from the dock! 10/10 !!

Great camper and great host!

If a camper is what you are looking for, don't hesitate to stay here! The location of the camper couldn't be better for a Florida stay. Our host Jeff was exceptional and very accommodating. He handled all our needs with care and consideration. We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic weekend getaway!

Fishing is great and the camper is a fun little place to rest your head at night. All the “basics” are provided. The owner lives right there and is super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed talking with him on the fishing dock. Spent hours just watching the creek flow by with our hooks in the water. B&M bait shop sells EXCELLENT live bait and is close by. Also don’t miss a meal at SafeHarbor and you just go into the market store too! My husband caught a bonnet head shark, several catfish, some blue crabs, a flounder, a rock fish, and a few other things as well! Such an assortment in those waters! Easy location to everything you need from town too.

Great stay!

Loved this camper. Had everything you needed. The location was awesome. We brought our kayaks and caught a lot of fish and enjoyed the water! Would definitely come back.

Peaceful

We spent a weekend for our honeymoon and it was perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful. Everything was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The view was beautiful and we did some fishing that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

FL Getaway

Property was just as advertised. Very clean. The size of the RV was perfect for 1-2 people. The view from the deck was so peaceful and relaxing. Communication with property manager was excellent. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for someplace private, yet close to nearby attractions, comfy and affordable.

Peaceful memorial day getaway

The wife and i stayed over memorial day weekend and wished our trip could have been longer. Jeff does a fabulous job making sure everything is clean and tidy. Awesome set up and location. Plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend to others and if we are in the area again would stay here again. 5 stars!

Amazing stay

This stay was for my 12 year anniversary with my wife and it was amazing. The property and the RV were spectacular and not just a plain old hotel room. Communication with the owner was super easy and everything was taken care of. The ability to fish off the dock gave us something to do in the evenings. Eating out on the deck in the warm weather was very nice. I highly recommend staying here! My wife and I would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect!

Loved staying here! We were in town on business and enjoyed staying out of the way of everything else. It's not too far from everything though. Everything is just minutes away. The place seemed practically new and is very clean. My husband did bring his fishing rods and cast a few lines off the dock. The little grill was perfect for us, we grilled steaks and baked potatoes for dinner one night. I don't think you'll be disappointed staying here. 10 out of 10!

Hidden Gem

We needed a place that was cozy for the both of us but a fun place for the hubby while I would be recovering from a major surgery at Mayo Clinic (The camper queen is memory foam! Super comfy!) Not only was the camper clean and well taken care of, the fishing was great. My husband caught several red fish and any time he had questions- Jeff was there and was a huge help. The camper is fully stocked and has a beautiful view of the Greenfield Creek. 20 minutes to the Mayo Clinic and minutes from the grocery stores and restaurants. So many things to see and do in the area. This place is an excellent couples getaway and we will be returning. Thanks Jeff for everything! Best host ever!
