Less than 1 mile to the gorgeous Coronado Beach, escape to this comfortable Coronado Home this summer! An amazing Location centrally located to Bay, Beach and Village. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Outdoor patio with dining table, sectional with fire pit and Weber BBQ grill, as well as 2 decks for relaxing drinking morning coffee or getting some sun. Top deck has view of downtown and middle deck is cozy overlooking patio. Perfect to lay back and relax. You will love the home and location.
The first floor bedroom has a crate and barrel queen sofa sleeper with a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper for added comfort, this bed is more comfortable than some normal mattresses. There is also a full bathroom off the bedroom with a bathtub and shower.
The main floor has a gorgeous kitchen with a dishwasher and Viking Range and refrigerator. ceiling fans in most all rooms and central heat and AC. In the comfortable living room there is a fireplace and 65-inch television, comfortable crate and barrel sectional, 2 chairs, with 4 barstools and dining area with a cozy breakfast nook.
Down the hallway there are 2 more bedrooms, the first is currently being used as a nursery and can be kept as such with changing table and crib for your use or can have a bed in it as well. There is another full bathroom with bath and shower off of the hallway.
Next to this bedroom is the master bedroom complete California King Size Bed, plenty of built ins, 2 closets, and full bathroom with shower and double sinks.
Upstairs there is another bedroom with Crate&Barrel queen size sofa pullout with 3 inch memory foam mattress topper, built in drawers and closet and half bathroom. There is also a desk and chair upstairs to use if you need to get some work done while staying. Off of this bedroom there is a deck with a view of downtown San Diego and 2 chairs to sit on and relax.

We have a nordictrack stationary bike in garage which you may use during your stay(it is similar to a Peloton).

We are a short walk away(about 2 blocks) from concerts in the park at Spreckles park every Sunday evening in the summer!

There are also 3 beach cruiser bikes to use to cruise around the island, a wagon to bring things to enjoy the beach/bay in, 4 beach chairs, beach toys(buckets shovels etc for kids), portable fire pit, tennis rackets and balls, and a beach umbrella. You can bring the portable fire pit and have a fire and s’mores by the beach :)

The home sleeps 7.This is our family residence. Please let us know if you book and would like a regular bed put in bedroom instead of crib, we can accommodate this for you. Or if you would like nursery with crib as it is, we can do that as well.

Home is and will be professionally cleaned and sanitized.

Has central AC (air conditioning) and heat. Almost all rooms have dimmer switches on lights and fans in most rooms as well.

There is garage use for the bikes and beach gear. There is absolutely no smoking in the home, and no pets of any kind. Those listed in the contract are permitted to sleep in the home during the rental period.

No large parties or overnight guests. We take pride in our home, but equally want the renter to be comfortable for the month and truly make the space home away from home. Small children are absolutely welcome.
