Beautiful home located in a quiet
and very safe neighborhood on Sarasota-Bradenton border. Fully furnished with a large kitchen.
Beautiful pool covered with Lanai, large patio and outside dining table.
Three bedrooms 2 baths can comfortably sleep 8-9 guests. The master bedroom comes with a 55 inch tv, the two double beds room with 43 inch tv and the living room with a 65 inch tv.
The dining area comes with a beautiful table that can seat 8.
This property is great for Families and friends.

Everything you need

Since we flew to FL there was no way to bring what we needed for the beach, however, they took care of us. This house had chairs, umbrella, and a cooler with wheels, not to mention beach towels. Also, in the kitchen there were spices so you don't have to buy a whole jar for a couple of shakes. Thank you for thinking of everything!!

Family Gathering

Wasn’t too sure about the quietness of the neighborhood, but once we got into the house, the house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall great experience.

Neat place

The place was nice , not alot of kitchen pans , needed a pizza pan but we improvised. Didn’t like how the blinds in living room didn’t go all the way down. But I am OCD so it’s ok I guess they could have been cleaner as well. Maybe should add some board games something for teenagers on the down time. We were there for softball tournaments. But overall good place , would stay again and would recommend other to stay as well. Thank you.

Quiet Neighborhood-Great Stay

Property was clean, roomy and met expectations. Was down in Sarasota with family. The place had all you need for stay and Host was attentive. Would recommend and stay again of the need arises!

Wedding in Sarasota

We stayed at this home for visit to the Sarasota area for a wedding . We were very pleased with the inside and pool areas of his home . Everything was clean the beds were very comfortable and the screened pool area was great. Check in process and communication with manger was excellent. Would stay at this location again .

Nice house with a pool

We really enjoyed the use of your great home!! It had easy access to the places we needed to go. The house was spacious and well laid out so the 5 adults could feel like they had places to be away from each other if needed. The pool area was enjoyed numerous times and we would be happy to book this home again. Only complaint, the people across the street must start their day early, they where playing loud music at 6am.

Great pool

We were 20-30 minutes from Lido Key, Siesta Key, and Anna Maria Island. We were close to stores and some restaurants. My elementary aged kids absolutely loved the pool. Went to the beach early and used the pool in the afternoon and evening.

Month long holiday

My wife and I had this house for our February away from the cold northeast. We loved the pool and backyard lanai. The beds were very comfortable and owners responded quickly to any issues. Location is convenient to beaches and restaurant only 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota and St Armand’s Circle. Pool was great when we couldn’t go to the beach due to red tide. Only ten minutes to airport! Thank you Caroline!

Clean and Comfortable Property

The inside of the property looks freshly renovated and inviting. I appreciated that everything was clean, minimalistic (not a lot of clutter and junk everywhere), drawers were empty, house was well stocked with essentials (sheets, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc). My 10 and 12 year old loved the twin bedroom with their own couch and TV. Three smart TVs, which was awesome! The neighborhood is not super fancy, but very quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool. About a 30 min drive to siesta key beach.

Great place

Excellent for 6 not as good for 8. Cute house well decorated. One en suite bathroom and 1 other to share for the rest. A little sandy in pool area (but it is florida) pool warm, a little too warm (again Florida and July) but close to everything, not too close so very calm. Quick to answer if there are questions.

Weekend getaway

The house was really clean, the backyard was adorable! I stayed for 5 days for a mom's getaway weekend! It was great to chill by the pool with a privacy fence in the backyard. I highly recommend this property

Poolhouse

This house was great for our family to share. The three bedrooms and pullout couch were great for all 8 of us (2 kiddos) to have plenty of space. The pool was great on those hot days and the location was only a short drive to downtown Sarasota. We did have someone go through one of the rental cars but the doors weren’t locked and nothing was left in the car for them to take. Besides that the house was great and Carolina was easy to get ahold of and super nice.

Great rental!

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and comfortable. Super easy check-in and check-out process. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It was great to have beach umbrellas (2) and a beach tent. There were also beach chairs (which we didn't use), beach towels (at least 8), and boogie boards (most boards were broken, but they still worked). Coming from a different state, we greatly appreciated the beach gear. Only drawback was the lack of hand soap in one bathroom. There was a coffee maker and filters. (We bought our own coffee and sugar.) We are a family of 8, so having dishes (plates, cups, silverware) for all of us was also wonderful. Suggestions: kitchen towels would be helpful as would a dish drying rack for items that don't go in the dishwasher. This was a wonderful place to stay - less than half an hour from the Siesta Key beach.
