Very spacious and comfortable for couples, family and business travelers. Great location and easy walk (0.6 mile) to Tyson Street Beach. Walking distance and easy bike ride (1 mile north) to pier and downtown. Sparkling clean with new furnishing including TVs in all bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and full washer & dryer plus sink in laundry room. Free high speed internet (1GB) wifi and 5 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with cruiser bikes, bike lock, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and cooler. Framily Spring Break

2nd Annual vacation with friends. Met up with family. We loved the rooftop! Got some beautiful sunny days. Walked to the bowling alley, Fat Sam's, Rite-aid, beach and other fun spots.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Everything was clean and fresh when we checked in. Plenty of room for our family vacation. The sunset from the rooftop area was stunning! Would absolutely book again!

Perfect Rental

We loved this rental property… tons of space, very clean, and had everything we needed! Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and wagon. Would highly recommend staying here and we will for sure stay again when we come back!

Amazing stay

This house is a must if you want a nice clean place to stay. Plenty of room for your family. Loved the fact of the two masters as we had two families with us. Close enough to the beach for the kids to have some fun. The host is super responsive and answers any questions in a timely manner. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Awesome spot in Oceanside - highly recommend!

Outstanding house for our family of 6. Close enough to pier and downtown that we could walk, but far enough away that it was peaceful. House is set up great with big bedrooms, plenty of hangout space, and all the kitchen amenities we needed. Property manager super responsive and very nice. We would stay there again for sure.

Rooftop patio was worth it!

Very large comfortable house for 2 families. Beach was at least a 10 min walk. Safe and quiet community. Spent every morning and every evening on the rooftop patio. Beautiful view.

Property was as advertised, excellent location, well appointed accommodating all our needs, and walking distance to the pier and the restaurant /shopping district in Oceanside. Owner's attention to detail and response to our inquiries was perfect. Highly recommend renting this property.

We loved this place

We had the best time. The space was amazing. We loved all the parts of the house. We loved how the main loving room and kitchen is an open concept so while we cooked, we could still hang out with those on the couches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. My wife wanted to have her bday dinner on the rooftop and how we laid out the meal and the sunset was just magical. We DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. Such a great staycation place for friends and family. The neighborhood as well was so peaceful. It was a good 15 min walk to the pier where the Top Gun house was located. 5 min walk to beqch access. We saw dolphins early morning. Overall, very impressed with this house and the owner who texted us back asap when we had questions.

We didn’t want to leave!

Lovely, spacious, CLEAN home with plenty of room for our family to spread out. AMAZING rooftop deck - we spent many evenings there with cocktails watching dolphins and the sunset. Great location for walking around Oceanside and proximity to other parts of San Diego County for day trips. Owner was communicative and responsive but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Great ocean view property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 7 people stayed here comfortably (5 adults, 2 kids). The kitchen was well-stocked. We managed to make a beef tenderloin roast dinner for 9 with no problems! The rooftop deck was an added bonus with beautiful views. While the weather did not cooperate, we were warm and cozy for Christmas.

Beautiful

Beautifully situated in Oceanside within steps of the beach - so close where you could hear the waves in the evening. Close proximity to downtown and the Oceanside pier along with ease of access to local restaurants and shops. Our host was fantastic - super responsive and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay during Thanksgiving. The property is amazing and has high ceilings and plenty of space to sleep and spread out. Would highly recommend and would return here again for future stays. Thank you so much for hosting our family.

Ending our Summer Trips

This house we such a blessing for everyone in our family! It didn't fall short in way of what we all expected. We spent most of our time on the roof top enjoying time at the table that over looks the ocean. We saw dolphins countless times and would 100% recommend this house in house in a heart beat!

Professional working mom of 2 beautiful kids. We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round. We can drive to the mountain to ski in the morning and head to the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have two vacation rentals in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in in Big Bear Lake, CA and Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.
