30A BEACH ACCESS:
We have .50 to .75 mile of unrestricted deeded beach access and usage. MEANING, take our chairs down, pitch our 10x10' sunshade and have the time of your life.

First and foremost, it's important for travelers to know what they're booking, we know you have a ton of choices. That said, so to help you decide to book with us, important you know, WE SELF manage our homes. This means you'll have great attention paid to the home prior to you checking in. As well during your well deserved and hard earned vacation. If something needs attention, we'll get to it as quickly as possible.

We love 30A and our other home in Carmel. We stay at all of them, so like you, we want a great stay! Thus we provide great furniture, linens/bedding, well stocked kitchens; coffee makers (k-cups too) and pots/pans, great cutlery, blenders and other stuff needed for your special stay.
We also provide laundry and bath soap.

So as for the CASA:

Three bedroom, three bath newly renovated beach house just steps to 30a's best beach access. Casa Mimosa has everything you want! Enjoy a dip in the pool after a day at the beach.

Have dinner under the pergola by the pool, or walk or bike to Great Southern Cafe, Bud and Alley's, Cafe 30a, Perfect Pig, or Cowgirl Kitchen.

Each bedroom has its own full bath. Two bedrooms on first floor (one King and one with two Queens), another master on second floor, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen tv's in every bedroom, and of course cable and wi-fi.

Light and beachy kitchen, dining and living spaces are upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve great meals. With granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and an open layout, you can enjoy meal prep and family time. The second floor covered deck is another great place to dine or just relax.

4 adult bikes are included - this saves our guests over $300 in bike rentals! We also provide six newer Tommy Bahama beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and beach mats.

Larger 10'x 10' sunshade for setting up on the beach, no need to spend a fortune on beach chair and umbrella rentals.

New 2023 6 seat golf cart with lithium batteries is avail. for rent. Our rates are 25% less than retail shops.

Things you will love about this beach house are the beach access, the pool, and the proximity to everything Seagrove and Seaside have to offer.



Dogs are allowed with owner approval. Fees do apply PER pet. Limit 2 no dogs over 40lbs. UNLESS approved by owner. We self manage, so please reach out for approval. You'll get a very quick response.
