Studio very well located, in the heart of Paris, near the street Etienne Marcel and the corner of the street Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the apartment are many shops, cafes and restaurants
This tastefully decorated apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life.
Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family, your partner or your friends.
This apartment is located in the center of Paris near the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, very commercial and lively streets, known for their numerous cafés and restaurants.
The apartment is located at the corner of the Grands Boulevards
Studio of 21m on the 3rd floor without elevator which includes :
- Living room with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
You will find the Musée des Arts et Métiers only 450 meters away.
You have many theaters close to the apartment:
- Theatre de la Renaissance at 450 m
- La Comédia Theater at 300 m
- Théùtre du Gymnase at 350m
You are also 450m from the Grand Rex, one of the most beautiful cinemas in the capital.
For a more cultural visit, you will find the National Library of France on rue de Richelieu which houses prestigious and exceptional collections. But also a visit to the famous Pompidou Center recognizable by its outside stairs and its huge colored pipes.
