Charming studio apartment with air conditionner and its bathroom brand new (April 2023), extremely well located in the heart of Paris, only a few steps away from the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, one of the trendiest streets in Paris thanks to its numerous Comedy Club, theatres or lively bars.
Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.
(building undergoing beautification work without noise pollution until 30 April 2023)
Flat of 20m2, on the 3rd floor without lift, including:
- 1 double bed (140 cm)
- 1 dining area with Tv, Wifi
- 1 living room with double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
This flat is located in the centre of Paris near rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, very lively shopping streets, known for their numerous cafés and restaurants.
The flat is located near the Grands Boulevards
It is 900 metres from the Grevin Museum, 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera. Beautiful studio apartment completely renovated and air-conditioned, very well located.
