This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably. This condo does not have a washer and dryer in the unit!

College Spring Break Village is on our beach! Next to Spinnaker Beach Club and Club LaVela Hammerhead Fred's Famous Tent Party is across the Street. The Summit Tiki Bar is by the pool and Bikini Bob's Beach Restaurant and The Summit Snack Shack and Convenience Store are on site.

Good!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at the summit, the beach access, the restaurant, tiki bar, pools, and hot tubs were all great to have with a fun location on Thomas drive. The condo was nice and our only complaint is that it needed to be stocked with a lot more supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc

Nice place to relax

As mentioned in other reviews the floors could use a deep cleaning but otherwise it was all we needed and would stay there again. The complex was very well taken care of and we liked the location. If you want fancy go elsewhere but if you want a good place that functions for a beach trip this fits the bill.

The summit

Great place to stay and great location. Only complaint us they shut the pool down at 7 every night while they advertise and have literature that states 11. Bummer to not have evening pool access and the tiki bar is ridiculously priced.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We loved this condo- super convenient to everything and was accurately described. We also loved the beach front view. Bed was surprisingly comfortable as well.

We had a great time staying at the condo, everything was easy to book with clear instruction and when arriving the condo was as described. We loved it!

My husband and I have stayed at the Summit for a couple years and I think this room was my favorite by far. It is perfect for a couple. It was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Much Needed Getaway!

We rented as a gift for our sister and hubby for a much needed / deserved get-away! They loved the Summit, location, fun vibe, and convenience of the on-site bar and restaurant! As we all do when finding our perfect place... we compare price, photos, read reviews, etc. I was a little hesitant booking because of lower price and photos compared to similar properties in same complex. From their experience, if looking for a PBC getaway with great amenities, this place is perfect!

Great stay

The place was great, had an amazing view. Only complaint is the sink knob was broken and there was trash under the bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, the condo is beautiful and I recommend!

Great condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family of 3! Great price for the space! The elevators weren’t an issue. The actual unit is mostly updated, bed was very comfortable and for the most part the condo was well kept. Our only complaint is that the floors were VERY dirty. If you didn’t wear shoes, your feet were black. I had to wipe my daughter’s feet before she got on the bed or any other furniture. Other than that, the unit was great and wouldn’t let that keep us from staying again!

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful location, very central to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Property and grounds are well maintained and amenities were kept clean and orderly. Security was visible and friendly to guests. The owner has done a very nice job updating and furnishing the unit. It was clean and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and was perfect for cooking, relaxing for sunsets and watching movies after a day at the beach and pool. The management company was responsive and easy to deal with giving clear instructions throughout the process.

Loved it

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Our main purpose for this trip was to relax and get some peace. We have both lost close loved ones this year and needed a this beach therapy. This condo is cute. The master bedroom mattress is really comfortable I slept better on it than my own bed. Shower was hot and good water pressure, I have thick hair so that’s always a must for me. Only that was not in working order was the handle to the kitchen sink faucet was missing a screw and kept falling off. To me it was still usable so wasn’t a big deal. I did let the owners know but also wasn’t emergent. They emailed me back within 1 hour that they were sending it to maintenance. We really enjoyed the balcony view. We there watching the tropical storm and Helene roll in. Thankfully we did not experience the actual hurricane. 10/10 would stay again in-fact I tried to book for my 40th birthday in May 2025 but it’s not available at this time.

April Trip to PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described. We love this location and definitely would recommend it to friends and family. We only had a few issues with the property that weren't addressed while we were there. The ice maker didn't work and the microwave had no electricity running to it. There were some other minor issues that didn't have any impact on our visit. But the ice maker and microwave definitely were an issue. They were responsive on the phone but there was really no attempt at repairing either of them. Hopefully my reporting them will benefit the next renter!Again, we would stay here again with out a doubt.

Good location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cons: condo floors were filthy. Bathtub drained super slow. Sliding glass door was almost impossible to close. Contacted the host and someone was sent very quickly to address the sliding door. He was able to make it useable fairly quickly and told us someone would be there on Wednesday to replace the whole door. No one ever showed up, but since door was usable, this didn't effect our stay. Pros: Onsite bar and grill, store, and tiki bar. Location was great. We loved the outdoor grass area that was perfect for cornhole. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was overall in good condition and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that needed to be addressed for a great experience. Most issues are minor but tend to make a great experience just an ok one. First let me say that the unit was fairly clean and the furnishings were in decent shape. The floors were great and clean. I will mention several things that could be improved. The front door was hard to open and close. The lock did not always lock the door possibly leaving it unlocked. The elevators were very slow and would be a nightmare in busy times. The shower was awful because the water would only barely come out. I recommend taking out the water restricter to let the water through. A good shower is important to most people. The thermostat was the worst problem since it was locked and would always go back to the program. This was very annoying when you needed the temp. warmer and in a couple hours it would go back to the program of 70. The icemaker did not dispense from the door. The kitchen was not well stocked but we didn’t use it much anyway. The TV control was locked and not allowing us to add the Utube channel. Didn’t like the Roku TV system. The commodes were the old ones that are very low to the floor. Upgrade to the more accessible version would help adults. The exterior of the Condo was dirty and needed maintenance. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, there was a Kureg, the beach location was great, there was ample parking and easy access to Thomas Drive. If they would address the problems, I would stay there again and recommend it to others. The company was very nice and helpful with the reservations. I recommend using them to anyone.

But dishwasher and microwave was broken when we arrived and stayed that way cause no one showed to fix a week without both with a one year old sucked, The problem with the microwave was the plug outlet had no charge. Plugged a blender into it and it didn’t work either but blender worked in another plug outlet. Couldn’t move microwave to another outlet or I would have. Other than that the room was good

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our location, pools, beach access were all good. The elevators (4) were broken down alot! Mgt was very professional but couldn't have cared less. Our condo left much to be desired. Thermostat replaced 1st day (good) kitchen sink knob broken off and rightside bowl wouldn't drain, ice maker broken, can opener broken, dishwasher loose from countertop..had to hold while loading. Also, no replacementsheets or blankets for bunks (taken care of). King bed/w foam topper...mattress really needs replaced. Patio slider wouldn't work without force...cleaned out track and bought wd40. Screen in slider missing at bottem. Worst thing to deal with was the floors. Tiled but dirty..very dirty. We swept and swept, but needed scrubbed. Whole place needs deep cleaned.

First impressions are the most important

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I checked in, the room was not clean, the bed was not made, there was trash left over in the microwave, refrigerator and oven, half of the light fixtures did not work and I have the photos to prove it. I almost went back home instead I went to the store bought cleaning supplies and deep. Cleaned the condo for two hours, and bought new flowers to make this place feel more homey and welcoming. However, after I cleaned it, things felt a lot better. I hope next year when I decide to stay at the summit, I don’t experience the same thing when I walk in. Overall, the trip was wonderful. Just need to work better on the cleanliness of the condos, as well as the furniture and bedding.
