Detached garages make court yard effect for 2 story screen room with small private pool (just for this unit); 2nd story deck off guest bedroom suite.

Directly across the street to private beach acess on the Atlantic Ocean. Walk down the street to a small private river access on the 2 mile wide Indian river lagoon.
