Welcome to "Gone Coastal" Enjoy all that Windmark Beach has to offer with a retreat to this newer home (Built in 2021). The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sits just two blocks from the beach, it is an easy 5 min walk or shorter bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities you would expect to have to entertain the entire family. With Roku TV's in every room, 2 E-Bikes and 7 beach cruiser bikes plus a tag along for the littles, 2 paddle boards that convert into a kayak, and we even provided 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with 3 beach umbrellas. Amazing location with one of the closest homes to the Windmark Village town center Restaurants, Live music, ice cream and candy shops are all with in a short walk. The Resort style pool (Heated in Winter) offers plenty of lounge chairs with a beach entry for the kids. Have fun ridding around the village in the 6 seat custom lifted golf cart (included) enjoying the sunsets and soaking up the sun. "Newly added patio with a smoke less Fire Pit" and yes the firewood is provided. There is no better place to come stay for a relaxing beach vacation! If you are tired of all the traffic and hustle and bustle of Destin and Panama City Beach then this is the place for you. This is where small town Southern charm meets the ocean. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets around a bonfire on the white sand beaches. The town of Port St. Joe has something for everyone, from shopping the local shops to exploring the light house in the harbor, to sight seeing tours, boat rentals and fishing charters. Fantastic getaway

The house had everything we needed and more with plenty of space for everyone. The golf cart was a big hit making trips to the beach, pool, candy and ice cream shops such a fun experience.

This is a great place to stay. The home is beautiful and close to shopping and places to eat. The amenities are great to have and close to the beach. Definitely a great place to stay.

Fun vacation

The property was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend that someone just look under the couch cushions. We were looking for a remote in the living room and looked under the cushions, and just a lot of what looked to be food crumbs were under there. The house was very nice, and I would recommend it to others and stay again myself.

Perfect location and amenities

We loved our stay. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get around the neighborhood and to beach with the wonderful golf cart. Cooler and beach chairs/toys were a huge plus!

Spring Break 25

The location, golf cart, bikes and sand toys were fantastic and was so nice to have available. The large golf cart made it easy to get the family and our supplies to the pool and beach. Only downside, the unit could have been cleaner especially for the cleaning fee we pay. The floors were very dirty. We didn’t have soap for showers, which was supposed to be included pursuant to the listing. The grill really needs a deep clean between guests, there was a lot of cheese caked on it and took while to make it useable.Overall a solid 4.5/5 stars we would totally come back again. We really did enjoy our stay. Thank you. Side note. The owners had great communication with us. Easy to text and fast to respond.

We had a great stay! The house had everything we needed! We took advantage of everything that came with it: BBQ, fire pit, golf cart and bikes! Great location to visit the various beaches in the area. Close to downtown too!

Wonderful place to stay and fantastic hosts

This was a beautiful and special place to stay. There was so much thought put in to small details of the amenities that made it so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hosts were amazing as well. Super responsive. We had a small problem that was resolved in hours that I have seen other places take days or after the stay to resolve. I look forward to bringing the family back here!

Relaxing getaway

The house was comfy and had the majority of everything we needed. The golf cart, paddle boards and beach stuff was such a nice addition. The pool was great that it was heated this time of year! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and not too far from restaurants and entertainment. Overall would recommend!

Fun with Friends!

We had a very relaxing stay. The property was as listed. Elissa was very responsive and answered any questions we have. The beds were very comfortable and lots of nice "extras" - arcade games, board games, golf cart, bikes, etc. It was a great place for a girls' weekend. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful Retreat

We stayed in PSJ for 2 weeks and got married while we were there. The beach was a little different than we were expecting however it was great for our younger daughters because they could swim with no issue for hours. All the seashells were beautiful! The house is exactly as pictured. So very spacious and comfortable. The pool and small shops were fun to go to in the golf cart. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This was our first time visiting Port St. Joe and we are glad we went. The beach and pool were not crowded. The house was well stocked with anything you might need (extra pillows, ample towels, etc). Also, the owners provided anything you could need for the beach; towels, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards and a golf cart to get you to a from the beach. This house is located in the WindMark Beach Community that is currently under a lot of construction. Although there is construction going on outside the home, it did not bother us as you could not hear anything when you stepped inside. My infant is a light sleeper and she didn't have any trouble during naptime/bedtime. We loved our stay and plan on booking again next year!

Wonderful Location

This house is prettier than the pictures. The golf cart was a great amenity. Having the outdoor fire pit and wood available was perfect for the evenings. The only complaint would be the cleanliness of the house. There was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fain and baseboards. The floors in the kitchen under the tall chairs were not clean. We also found trash that did not belong to us under the master bed. I believe the turnaround time was too quick for the housecleaning to be efficient with someone checking out the same day we checked in. Would love to stay at this property again due to location and amenities provided. Cleaning needs improvement.

Wonderful stay

My family and I consider ourselves world travelers. After returning from China from business we needed a nice calm place to relax. This was the perfect place to do that. The house was bigger than it looks online. The house had everything you would need. It really did feel like a home away from home. The golf cart was a nice touch and made it easy to get to the beach and pool. The paddle board was fun but it was heavy to carry. So it was one and done for us. We loved the way the house was decorated. The fire pit was nice to sit around at the end of the day with family. The town gets very quiet after 9pm which is very relaxing. Some advice to all travelers. The black flies in Port St Joe bite. Over all we had a great time and my family loved it and we plan on going back next year. We just hope this house is available next time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

The Little Things

This rental is in the perfect location. Convenient to Cape San Blas and Panama City. Quiet community. Lots of room for large family… but the little things are what separate this rental from the rest. Golf cart, bikes, and paddle board are a great perk to this rental. Will definitely be back with the kids next time.

Enjoyed the stay. First time coming to this part of Florida. The house was very nice and comfortable. Very nice beaches as well. The community pool was also nice. Had the pool to ourselves. Windmark community is a cool place to hang out at. Thanks for everything.

We are a Family of 6 with 4 daughters that absolutely fell in love with Port St. Joe and the surrounding area. There is no where we would rather vacation then right here in Windmark beach.

How could you not want to be in Windmark beach with all that it has to offer. With how close it is to the beach and all the boardwalks that lead to the beach. With having it be so close to the pool, town center and to be able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Brand new designer decorated 4 bedroom home that is perfectly located close to the beach, pool and village center. With the included golf cart, paddle boards and beach chairs. All our guest need to do is pack their bags and enjoy all that the Forgotten coast has to offer.
