We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the limited starter supplies. As noted in our pre-arrival communications, we provide a basic starter kit that includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to help get you through the first 24 hours. We encourage guests to plan for additional supplies or visit nearby stores. Your comments are valuable, and we understand how having a few more basics on hand could make for a more seamless experience. The property does have a strict one-vehicle-per-unit policy, which is established and enforced by the Homeowners Association at the property. Unfortunately, Southern Vacation Rentals does not have the ability to make exceptions.
