Two cottage duplex located on a dead end street. Each cottage has its own kitchen and bath and TV. Both cottages are included! Cottage with 3 bedrooms has air conditioners in each of them. The other cottage has a ceiling fan. Fenced back yard. One minute walk to sandy Wells Beach . Near shops, restaurants and arcade.Ideal accommodations for two families vacationing together. Close to Kennebunk, York and Ogunquit. Trolley stop just a minute away. Park your car and relax. Fine and casual dining nearby.

*Rented by the week Saturday to Saturday.

Family friendly!

Location was perfect for our family — the dead end street was quiet and peaceful.We loved having the two separate units— yet tons of space for us to gather together. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our kids to play in.

2 houses for the price of 1!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was me, my husband and my 2 kids aged 2 and 9m. My sister and my parents. My parents stayed in the home with the loft which was perfect for them and my family and my sister stayed in the other home with the bedrooms! Lots of space and 2 kitchens was great. The backyard was safe and fenced in and perfect for my 2 year old to run around in. The home was older and that was ok but it was really spacious and fit our needs. Location was walking distance to the beach or a short drive to other ones. Thank you for letting us stay! We may book again for next year!

Adorable cottage

We had a great stay at the cottage with 3 people staying on one side and 2 on the other. It was a little warm in the loft bedroom on the nights that there wasn’t a breeze outside but the fans helped. Great location, close to everythjng

Vacation 2023

Great location. Very short walk to the beach. The 2 houses were great for my family. Just wish they were a bit cleaner. The overall surface was clean but lots of cobwebs and moldy smell in bathroom. Had an issue with the grills but the property manager was contacted and responded very quickly and the problem was resolved. Overall, we had a great time. Would consider renting again.

A Great Spot

The house was terrific and the property manager answered all of our questions promptly. I wouldn't recommend the spiral staircase for the feint of heart. In spite of the clouds and weather, we had a great time! Would recommend this home to anyone! Steve Potoczak

Wells Beach

Our week at Wells Beach was filled with fun and fabulous weather! Our rental was a perfect blend for our two families with its two kitchens and two bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The back yard was a great place to land at the end of the day and we enjoyed our morning coffee and great sunsets on the front porch. Loved our stay!

ce duplexe confortable. la partie gauche offre une grande pièce où il est agréable de se réunir, ainsi qu un balcon avec vue sur le Marsh, superbe. La mézanine avec lit queen souffre de ventillation. il y a deux cuisines, ce qui entraine parfois de la confusion ... La table de cuisine offre 5 places alors qu on peut y coucher 10 personnes. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire à cet endroit, la météo favorable nous permettant de manger tous ensemble dans la cours arrière, table à picnic spatieuse et autres mobiliers. des chaises et planches pour la plage sont disponible (non mentionné). bilan positif globalement !!

our stay at "the Andy Lee"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- we are 3 generations, and the space was perfect for all. Beautifully decorated- comfortable space. easy access to the beach and nice view for the marsh.

Very nice duplex

This was a very nice setup having two joined cottages. It was clean, had lots of supplies and beach stuff. We suggest getting some source of heat for cold evenings. It was in the 40s - low 50s some nights and with an infant, adding a blanket doesn’t work. We did not have a dog in the house, but got a text about the pet policy after we left which was not explained, even though we sent the owner a message right after we got the text.
