Cozy 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom condo . On beautiful Lake Huron (80ft to the beach) in Oscoda Mi
Enjoy the warm sandy beach and refreshing waters of Lake Huron.
At night sit around 1 of the 4 built in fire pits and enjoy the night time sky that you won't see in the city.
The pictures show the short walk to the beautiful big beautiful beach. The back of the condo has a new large deck with plenty of seating and small side tables .In the closet out front you'll find beach chairs,lawn games ect. There is a medium charcoal grill. And in the common area there is a small play scape for the littles.

No pets are allowed in this unit. Also no smoking or vaping allowed in this unit. NO TRAILER parking on the premises. This includes Boat, Utility and Motorcycle Trailers.

The cabin was cute, seconds from the beach and was close to the town. Enjoyed the nature and the people in the area were very kind! Very relaxing area and very pretty!

We had a great time staying at this cozy condo. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the mornings and evenings. The beach was so nice with plenty of space to spread out between families. Be sure to read the magnets on the fridge as there is a list of great restaurant suggestions. We will be returning for another stay. The host is also incredibly responsive too.

Cozy condo

Clean and nice inside. Stove and fridge looked pretty new, and everything you’d need in the kitchen was supplied. Excellent beach and the people we met were friendly. Planning on returning again. The owners were easy to communicate with and answered any questions that we had. Enjoyed our stay!

Always wonderful

This is the fourth time my daughter and I have stayed at your condo. It is perfect for us in every way. It is very clean and well supplied with towels and kitchen needs. We have made friends that we look forward to seeing at the complex.

My husband and I have never vacationed in Michigan before, and I have to say that I don’t think we could have chosen a better location. The condo was very clean and extremely comfortable. We sat on the back deck with our coffee every morning. The beach is just a few short steps away. The location is perfect with delicious breakfast cafes and restaurants nearby. The owner promptly answered all my questions and check in was a breeze. We hated to see our week come to an end.

Great location

You are literally steps away from the water. Wife and I brought food with us and cooked most of the time and just hung out at the beach on site. no need to go to the downtown beach barely anybody on the beach at most was six people.

Awesome

The cabin was excellent. Basic but everything we needed. Spotless , stocked very well they thought of everything. We literally had our own beach and it was beautiful and clean the host communicated with any questions we had quickly, we are definitely going to book here next year it was wonderful. And seems they are working on improving all the buildings.

The atmospere was nice and rustic. While you can log into your streaming services on the TV, there's also a selection of VHS tapes and board and card games for that authentic cottage experience. The nearby beach on Lake Huron was private and not very crowded. It's a cosy place if you don't have a lot of people.

Oscoda Condo

Charming, well stocked with a beautiful beach. We spent 4 days & 4 nights in the condo & explored the area. Sue was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She also gave us helpful suggestions for area events & restaurants. We would definitely book the unit again when we visit the area.

I have been coming to the Oscoda area since the early 60's. My grandparents had a beautiful log cabin in Greeenbush right on Lake Huron, about 3 miles north of Surfside. I would stay all summer with my grandmother and that's where my best childhood memories were made. Unfortunately the cabin was sold , but I never stopped coming up. Eventually I found Surfside #12 , and now 32 years later, I am still enjoying every aspect of being up north ! My heart will always be in Oscoda and in the beautiful Lake Huron 🌺

I take a lot of pride in my condo, I do all my own cleaning, I come up from down state to make sure everything is perfectly cleaned and ready for others to enjoy and create their own new memories. When I don't have guests ,myself or my kids and grandchildren ,are usually enjoying it as well. No matter what season it is, it's always wonderful just going up north ,to get up early and watch a beautiful sunrise ,or just sit on the back deck and read a good book 🌺
