Incredible penthouse in Playa Bavaro with a private terrace equipped with a fantastic private Picuzzi with cold water that you will love, especially during the hot summer months! It is an ideal place to share with your family or during your visit with your group of friends. You can enjoy a private BBQ.

The layout has a cozy design, with the master bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom on the second floor with direct access to the roof terrace. The two secondary bedrooms also have a Queen size bed and are on the main floor. You will also find a double sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for your stay, including utensils for up to 8 people.

Bed linen and towels are custom made for us from the highest quality cotton.
In the bathrooms, we put a welcome pack so you don't have to worry about it on your first night. Shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap and toilet paper are provided to help you through your first day so you can relax.

We also provide a 5 gallon bottle of water upon arrival for all of our guests.

There is air conditioning in all areas, as well as ceiling fans.

Smart TV's with IPTV system in the living room and main room and Wi-Fi service included in the rental cost.
The residential has security and surveillance cameras 24 hours a day.

The Los Corales area, where this apartment is located, is the best known in Bávaro Punta Cana, with more than 50 restaurants within walking distance of the residence that will guarantee you an excellent culinary experience and always something to do at night.

ELECTRICITY: The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. If you use the A/C only at night, the costs should be roughly as follows:

1 room from 5 to 10 dollars per day.
2 rooms from 8 to 15 dollars per day.
3 rooms from 11 to 20 dollars per day.
