6 säng exec. 65 "TV i vardagsrummet och alla sovrummen har en TV, vissa är" smarta ". Landningsavslappningsområdet har en plattskärms-TV, PC Wii och några spel för hela familjen, tillsammans med internet / WiFi. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med stort badrum och separat dusch, garderob och dörrar till balkong med utsikt över sjön. Detta område har en uteplats och solstolar. De andra två ensuite sovrum med queen size-sängar är på bottenvåningen en med dörrar till terrassen / Lanaiområdet. Ett annat sovrum på övervåningen har en queen size-säng och delar familjen badrummet med tvåbäddsrummet. Det andra dubbla bäddsrummet ligger nere nära ytterdörren och har haft en bredare dörr installerad för rullstolsåtgång och har ett duschrum mittemot. 6 sovrum och 5 badrum. Lekrummet har en 8 "skiffer säng biljard, dart, air hockey, TV, bordtennis och bord och stolar för åskådare! Vi har också en ramp för ytterdörren.

Det nyrenoverade köket har bänkskivor i granit och bara om allt du behöver för trevlig matlagning med massor av redskap, krukor och kokkärl etc. Den skärmade poolen / jacuzziområdet har gott om solstolar, bord och stolar under en lång Lanai med tillräckligt med möbler för alla, plus en fläkt / ljus. Box med ett sortiment av leksaker. Poolen har också förändrat färgat ljus.
Cumbrian Lakes ligger i ett naturskyddsområde och är en gated resort med en naturstig och lekplats. Fiske är tillåtet i sjön.

Christmas Stay

Getaway

After a quick ride to the grocery store for food my family and I made some wonderful meals and enjoyed the pool area with games in the game room as well as the games we brought. House and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Would be nicer if the coaches were not ripped and worn out some of the tables are falling apart. washer dryer barely worked. If you can get past that Overall it was a nice stay

Overall Decent Place

Overall we had a good stay. The hot tub didn’t get warm until like the 4th day. Kids loved the pool and plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor patio/pool area was very nice and we used it often. The driveway and parking left a lot to be desired. I would recommend notating that in the listing.

Family vacation

This house was everything we were looking for in our 3 family Disney/Universal family vacation. Previous reviews about ants and small driveway had us nervous but everything was wonderful. We did see some very small ants in a few places but we made sure to keep food away and counters clean. This was not a big issue. The driveway is a little small but we fit two minivans in it ok. It’s a tight squeeze but still worked. The location was great, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Plenty of room for our party of 9!

We liked the overall layout of the house and outdoor space. Dianne was great at getting back to me if I had questions. Since we flew to Florida, it would have been nice to have amenities such as: Kleenex, paper towels, toilet tissue, garbage bags, dish soap, foil, etc, your basic household items that are non perishable. Also it would be nice to have bath mats in the bath tubs to prevent slipping and falling. It was a very relaxing 4 days and we did have a great time. Pool and hot tub were great. Thanks for sharing your home!

AMAZINGLY SUPRISED...

Oh Wow!!! What can I say? This home has been a great experience from talking to the owner to vacationing at the home. I brought my Women's Military Softball Team to the area for a tournament and we came across this amazing home. The quick response from the owner was great. She really took care of us. The pool/ spa was heated, the rooms were spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen was there, the game room in the garage and video area upstairs were great stress relievers. The Team wanted me to try and book this home now for September and next January that is how great our experience was. We would stay here again and definitely recommend this home to others. Thank you! Our Yearly Sun n Fun Airshow Week

We have stayed at Dianne's house numerous times. Dianne has been wonderful to work with. The house for our stay has been simply "Great", especially the Heated Pool. This year, we encountered a fairly Bad Ant Infestation which we battled with our entire stay. It was mostly in the Kitchen area which we got various sprays to curb their spreading. They are infiltrated deeply it appears as they continued to resurface even after we sprayed deeply into every area reachable by us. I did not meet with, but my wife did meet and speak with the New Manager whom she said was very nice and helpful. All in setting aside the Ants, my wife, our youngest daughter Renee and Granddaughter Lleyton (5) had a wonderful time. Hopefully, by next year the Ants will move out. {:>) Thanks Dianne, Dick Rogers

Started out rough but ended nice

We had a little miscommunication with the management company when we first arrived but the owner was very responsive and things got situated. The house was nice but there were some things that need to be fixed. Like the screen in the pool area. We had a lot of flies and had to buy our own fly catcher from the store. The trash cans were full from the last party that was there which caused more flies and we did not have towels and tissue. We had to buy the tissue and remind the management company about the towels. Overall my family had a really good time and the owner refunded us some money back for our inconvenience. I appreciated that and we had a nice time staying at the property.

Weekly stay at cumbrian lakes

Good location, quiet and proximity to Disney is a plus. Owner lives in UK and is good to work with. Property manager was responsive since we had multiple things that had to get addressed. Pool remote that controls lights outside etc. didn't work. Property manager told me he had recently changed batteries but not sure why it wouldn't work. He then brought a stand alone light (push button light switch) which we used for pool time (limited since it was quite cold outside). The dryer power switch (soft press) wouldnt work (takes several presses with thump or index finger and sometimes still wont work) qhich we had also informed the property manager. Also ants showed up out of nowhere and we had to put pretty much everything inside thr fridge to protect food items. I can think of these as minor issues. Overall we had a good stay and recommend property. Regards.

Needs attention

Home needs lots of updating. Most bath towels are bleach stained. Bathroom had leftover toothpaste on the wall from previous renter, YUCK! All pool and hot tub lights are not in working order, which the property manager knew about but never informed us. The lights and fan to the outside lanai didn’t work either. Property only has basic cable tv and all the remotes are not programmed property. The primary bedroom television is also not in working order. One of the couches is broken/damaged and the pool table has damage as well. It would be a great place if updates were done or even a simple walkthrough was made prior to checkin to make sure everything is in working order and clean for their guests. The property management was pleasant on the phone but they clearly don’t care because they are aware of things that need attention but won’t fix them.

Family Vacation

First, we loved this home! It was clean and welcoming when we arrived. My family and I loved the size of the home and the inground pool. They also loved the small lake behind the house to fish in. There were plenty of items for use in the kitchen which was great. This was our first time in Florida and overall everything went smoothly. I spoke with Dianne a couple times, she is great. I did have a huge disappointment with the pool area, one of the screens were missing so we could not enjoy sitting outside by the pool. We were constantly annoyed by the flies and mosquitos, the flies kept coming in the house from the back door when we opened it to go in since they kept getting in thru the open area of the screen. That is a major complaint for me as we like sitting outside. I hope they fix that for the next visitor. A few other complaints are the ants in the house, the batteries to the outside fan controller were dead, the batteries to Xbox controller were dead and an awful smell when the refrigerator was opened. Overall we loved the home but just wish that screen was fixed, I would have enjoyed the pool area.

Golf outing

Great house and location for our needs. One negative: the hot tub wasn't. We would like to rent this unit again in 2026, but want the jacuzzi to have hot water.

Overall it was a good stay! We had a few issues when we got there. The property manager dealt with them rather quickly and everything was handled.

The Connors & Stoughtons Family Trip 2024

The house was nice and big for 12 people. We liked how it was a gated community. However, we thought there could be better communication about the door and alarm system. I did set off the alarm after following the directions and by the way the police officers were nice. Some accommodations we recommend are getting shower mats so not slippery, stocking up on kitchen items such as dishwasher soap for each day, condiments, trash bags and more toilet paper. The sliding glass door to enter pool should be replace. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but the hot tub wasn't warm enough. Overall, if make accommodations then we will be back again. Thanks :-)

We had a great vacation the house was just as it said and showed on the pictures Plenty of room for my family the location was great I did occur a few issues but they were corrected within 24 hours management was great to deal with and response was very quick I would most definitely stay there again

We first went to this villa with our friends George and Josie Hands.
We liked it so much for all its attributes and location when they decided to sell we bought it!!
And what a great place to be - only 15mins from Disney and Wal Mart Supercentre just around the corner!

Both of us have businesses so when we come here it is like a peaceful haven away from people,phones and traffic.We always spend our first day just relaxing in our lovely home away from it all!What is super about staying in the villa is that you don't have to vacate the bedroom by a certain time,don't have to be at breakfast between this time and that time,don't have to be at dinner etc. etc. Lazy days sunning yourself by the pool! Just please yourself - how wonderful!!Isn't this what a holiday should be?
