Boasting a location less than six miles from Walt Disney World® Resort and lots of fantastic on-site amenities, this lovely home is the perfect place to enjoy a theme park vacation with the family! The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a passthrough to the dining area, so be sure to whip up a delightful lunch to enjoy out on the furnished, screened balcony. The living room has comfy furniture, a large flatscreen TV, and an overhead ceiling fan, ideal for those lazy afternoon ballgames or a Netflix movie or show. After a day of theme park adventure, use the private washer/dryer to knock out everyone's laundry, then go for a short walk to explore the many on-site amenities that include a shared hot tub, a tennis and basketball court, and a Ping-Pong and pool table available in the Clubhouse game room. Get in a great workout at the community fitness center then cool off with a dip in the shared pool. Come home to bask under the central air-conditioning and ceiling fan while you use the free WiFi to research tomorrow's theme park excursion.

You'll have Walt Disney World® Resort just five-and-a-half-miles northeast, while Universal Studios Florida and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter are both 18 miles away. Be sure to visit some of the fantastic restaurants close to the home such as Bahama Breeze, Sanaa, and The Friar Tuck. Get in a good hike at Lake Marion Creek Wildlife Management Area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Awful management

I had one problem after another with this unit. The management left no parking pass for me and then told me I didn't need one. Then management told me to park in the driveway, and there was NO driveway- just a parking lot! The security guard at the gate had to get one for me so I didn't get towed. The first night we were there, I found the washing machine didn't work. It was already unplugged and I could tell it had been moved, so someone knew ahead of time. I text and called repeatedly and no solution. There was also a car tire in the entryway of the condo- not sure why. I spoke to several different people from the rental company in charge fo this unit, and they were NOT helpful at all with resolving anything. "We are so sorry. I understand your frustration. Our local team is aware of the issue. I can check on the ticket I put in for you." Comments like this the WHOLE entire week on the phone and on their text service. I liked the condo and I liked the area where it was located, but I will NEVER stay here again.

Everything was very convenient and perfect for what we needed it to be. Could use some upgraded pots and pans but most people probably don’t cook on vacations.
