The Overlook's backyard includes a sturdy Polywood dining table for six, four Polywood adirondack chairs surrounding a propane firepit, and a Weber grill.
Whether enjoying your cup of coffee in the morning or your dinner in the evening- this is what sets The Overlook apart. We are located in a premier neighborhood in town with rare, unobstructed views from the Lake Powell cliffs.

Designed with utmost care and attention to detail, The Overlook features a large, open floor plan joining together the kitchen, dining room, living space, and outdoor space. With its panoramic windows, this home immerses you in the stunning landscape of Lake Powell. The main house features two primary bedrooms as well as a powder bath, laundry room, and attached garage. The third primary bedroom is more private, and found in the attached casita.

Additionally, three rollaway twin beds are available upon request, offering convenient accommodation for up to nine total guests. Rollaways are professionally prepared prior to arrival with plush linens and pillows. Please notify Kiki if you would like these additional twin beds during your stay.

The home is maintained and stocked with the utmost attention to detail for our guests' every need. The comfortable living space includes plenty of seating on the plush sofa and chairs, a Smart TV, board games for the whole family and expansive views through the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more. Everything you need to make your vacation easy and seamless!

[Home Truths]
1. Boats and other recreational vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the driveway and must be parked at the marina. Smaller vessels may be parked in the garage.
2. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance either through the booking site or via a personal policy.
3. This home is part of an HOA. To keep our property active, guests must adhere to certain policies listed in the "Additional House Rules" section. Please closely review these rules prior to booking, as we have a Zero Tolerance Policy and will firmly enforce all regulations posted in this listing.
4. Unapproved late checkout is subject to a fee of $100/hr after the established checkout time.
5. This is a smoke-free property. Violation is subject to a $1000 fee plus actual remediation costs.
6. Excessive cleaning due to unwashed dishes, trash left throughout the house, or other significant messes will result in an additional charge proportionate to the time required by our cleaning team beyond a standard turnover.
