Welcome to Mammoth Green 213, a beautifully upgraded 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located right on Sierra Star Golf Course. Just a short walk to Eagle Lodge and surrounded by stunning mountain views, this spacious three-story retreat is perfect for families, friends, and pet lovers.
Enter on the first floor and head upstairs to the open-concept living area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and access to the deck with golf course views. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, complete with modern upgrades and everything you need for a full meal or just a morning coffee. The dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into the living room, making it an ideal space to gather.
Two bedrooms are also located on this floor: one with a queen bed and golf course views, and the other with two twin beds. Both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The top floor is a private master retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, sweeping views of Sierra Star Golf Course, and a walk-through closet leading to a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Just outside the master suite is a small futonâperfect for two children or one adult.
