Vårt hus på Black Butte Ranch har ombyggts för att ge det en modern stuga-stämning. Det finns ett sovrum med ett angränsande badrum tillagd 2009, tillsammans med ett andra badrum på första våningen. På övervåningen finns två sovrum; en med en queen size-säng och en med två tvillingar och en dubbel. Detta tvåbäddsrum är en idealisk plats för barn och tonåringar att sova och har kabel-TV / DVD och en balkong. Även på andra våningen finns ett loft med en futon som omvandlas till en full säng och ett badrum. Ett stort kök är nedervåningen, med en separat matsal som har fönster på tre sidor. I vardagsrummet finns bekväma stolar, en soffa och bord, vilket gör en perfekt miljö för att spela ett familjespel eller krulla upp med en bok. Det finns också en TV / DVD / videobandspelare i vardagsrummet och en stereoanläggning. Vardagsrumets stora fönster ser ut på däck och golfbana. Vårt hus ligger precis vid den andra farleden på golfbanan Big Meadow och har expansiva däck för din njutning. Detta är en lugn del av Black Butte, och bara en kort promenad till Big Meadow Clubhouse och Main Lodge-komplexet. Adressen är 71168 Bracken Lane, även känd som Golf Home 59. Det finns Wi-Fi i huset och på andra ranchplatser. De flesta möbler var nya 2007. Det finns ett bra urval av vuxna och barncyklar för din användning, och annan fritidsutrustning kan hyras från Rec Center. Huset innehåller allt du behöver för att göra din vistelse på Black Butte trevlig och minnesvärd.

Great stay!

Lovely home and setting! It was spacious and worked well for our family (4 adults and an 18 month old). Was especially impressed with the organization of the kitchen and the tools available (even included a garlic press, lemon squeezer and salad spinner!).

Nice house in Black Butte

We enjoyed our stay in Black Butte. The house had three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, which was handy. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful warm family home

Set in Black Butte, this warm family home made for a quiet, relaxing weekend. Though we hiked, biked, swam and explored just a few of the area's prettiest sights the Scherer's house made for the perfect home base. We cooked up some fabulous meals with the fully stocked kitchen, played games by the fire and watched the stars at night. Perfect place for a family getaway.

Perfect location! Great house!

The house was immaculate. It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, down to the little touches. The location was incredible. Views of the golf course, easy access to bike paths and loved the deck set up. Thank you for helping to make our getaway perfect.

We had a great time. Loved the house and enjoyed being on the golf course.

Loved the house - kitchen had everything we needed and the AC was appreciated. Lots of beach towels and nice to have a washer/dryer. Hammock was fun! Wifi could be stronger.

Very nice home

The house was clean, well furnished and very well supplied. We were two couples with two young teens that stayed for three nights, so the place was perfect for us. Having the bikes made the one mile ride to the pool very convenient. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need.

Blessed!!

Thankful to have found this home for a last min trip to BB for our 35 year in a row. Was able to celebrate our youngest having a kidney transplant and our oldest leaving for college in 3 days. Cozy home, plenty of kitchen supplies fun to watch people golf an easy walk to the lodge and of course the amazing bike trails and golfing. Will definitely be back to this location! Owners are very easy to communicate with and informative.

Fun on the ranch!

Fun on the ranch! We had a wonderful time at Black Butte Ranch. Robert and Terry’s house is perfect for family reunions. There’s plenty of room to spread out, with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The Decks are relaxing with many different seating opportunities. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes utensils and appliances. Whatever I went to look for, I found! Being close to the lodge was another bonus. We will definitely go back!

Fairway home pleasantly located among the pines.

This VRBO is a beautiful home pleasantly located in a pine forest set back slightly from a fairway. We played bocce (our own set) in the gap between the well spaced neighboring properties as dried pine needles rained down around us in the afternoon breeze. Great neighborhood for pushing a stroller while getting a breath of fresh air. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds & three bathrooms, gathering spots, a complete kitchen for making meals, plenty of frig space, games & a few interesting reading choices. We hiked Black Butte, soaked & swam in one of several neighborhood pools, banged a few balls at the driving range, had a beer on a walk to the somewhat nearby pro shop/tavern/restaurant, (we took many walks about the hood) & visited nearby Sisters. Ran out of time to use the provided bikes. This was a great place for our family getaway. I would recommend it highly; you won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable home, great location

This house was well laid out and very comfortable. It had almost everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies. The only thing we really missed was a larger tv, only because we had the Olympics on while we were in the house. We didn't use the back deck much and never uncovered the tables because the weather was a little more humid than normal and we had a bit of smoke part of the week. The property manager/owner, Robert, was easy to work with and prompt in his communications.

Another Great Stay!

We have vacationed with family at Black Butte Ranch for a number of years now and always thoroughly enjoy our stay. This was the first time we have stayed in GH59 and would definitely stay there again! The house is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, situated alongside (but set back from) the golf course and really helps set a visitor up for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well appointed and the garage stocked with everything from bikes to foozball (sp?) to ladderball ball to sidewalk chalk :-) It is apparent that the owners lovingly care for the house and care about the experience their renters have there as well. The cleaning service did not follow the owners instructions, there were issues. I am convinced the owner was not aware. He bent over backwards to correct the situation. I would recommend the property in the future.

Great Location at Black Butte Ranch

We had three generations- ages 20 to 79- enjoy a week at this Black Butte Ranch home. We love BBR and this location was great for getting in/out of the ranch and accessing Big Meadow and Lakeside facilities. There's also lots of level walking and bike riding opportunities. The deck out back was a wonderful place to spend tiime watching golfers, reading, sunning, playing cards, grilling and dining. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness only because it was the end of the season and due for a carpet cleaning. Everything else was very clean and well represented in the pictures. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed plus plenty of prep space in the kitchen. The owners were incredibly responsive, communicative and accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Everything you need.

We had a wonderful time at Robert and Terry's house. As others have said, there is a gourmet kitchen with everything you need. (kitchen lights need upgrading.....not as noticeable at night).(5*'s anyway :)) Master bedroom was exceptionally quiet and private feeling, in spite of a full house otherwise. Our granddaughters really had a blast at the ranch and really want to come back. We cooked most of our dinners on the grill and the evenings are magnificent --glass of wine and watching the golfers, able to chip and putt when the golfers evaporate. We were able to park our small car in the garage to avoid the sap. What could be better, if you are a car freak. This is our 2nd week at the ranch (last time 10 years ago-different house) and we decided to make this an annual event. until I can not do it anymore. Thanks Robert and Terry

Top ratings - Convenient location and comfortable

Awesome location ... very near Big Meadow Golf and Lodge Pool. Felt private even with 2nd hole fairway behind us and houses on either side ... but seemingly some distance away. Great deck for relaxing and cookout with friends. Worked very well for 2 couples and a single but would've worked well with kids in the third bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of room for multiple people to cook at the same time. Roomy bedrooms and common areas. Great communication from owners prior to visit. Overall a wonderful week with great comfort and no problems. Couldn't ask for anything more.
