On your arrival you will find the minimum necessary: ​​dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and sponges.
Linens (tea towel and bath mat) are included. Bed and bathroom linen are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost which would be included automatically. However, we offer optional bed and bath linen for €100 per stay. It can be ordered and paid for after booking.

Late arrivals and late departures are possible at an additional cost.
A mandatory package of
intermediate cleaning" is charged at 25 euros at the time of booking and corresponds to disinfection and during the preparation of the house between two tenants.

The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it upon their arrival (. clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, trash removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the security deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35€/hour The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by SMS or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package. For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional €80.

- The tourist tax must be paid on site by check or cash according to the current rate (except Airbnb).
