La Centrale of RĂ© Island offers this spacious and warm villa with a pool equipped with a mobile bottom, located in a quiet area of Bois-Plage, close to Saint-Martin de RĂ©.
The villa is ideally located to cycle to the centre of Bois-Plage and its market, as well as directly to the popular Gros-Jonc beach, accessible via the nearby cycle path right next to the house.
The house is comfortable and features a bright living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Several parking areas are near the house, with the closest being 2 minutes walking distance.
Secure bicycle parking is possible on the property.

BEDROOM 1 MASTER with a double bed 180x200 with private bathroom including shower and washbasin.
A separate WC.
UPSTAIRS
BEDROOM 2 with two 90x190 beds.
A bathroom with shower and two washbasins.
