Open and airy with great outdoor space
The first floor of this open concept house has a living room with a Smart TV (firestick), dining table for 8 (hello puzzles), a beautiful full bathroom, and an open kitchen just waiting to be cooked in! The kitchen has a large âpass-throughâ window to a backyard bar! Speaking of the backyard: after a long day at the beach, relax on the two hammocks or escape the sun on the back patio with a sail shade cover!
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath (with bathtub). The two front bedrooms have brand new queen sized beds and the back bedroom has two twin beds along with a trundle for a third child.
Whether youâre here to go to Cape Henolpen State Park, head to the beach, or just relax in the backyard, weâre glad you chose our house! Right down the street from us are tennis courts and a great playground on the water. The farmers market is certainly walking distance and there are a ton of signs pointing you there.
If you are headed to the Bay Beach, we like to go down Cedar Ave and park at Michigan Ave. It is nice and quiet there.
