You will be close to everything when you arrive. Park the car and donât get back in it until itâs time to leave. 2 blocks to shopping, dining, and parks. Under a mile to town beach. This 3 level home gives you plenty of common space for the family to reconnect, while offering ample space to spread out and relax. Zoned central air allows everyone to control the temp of their room and remain comfortable.
First floor you will find your living room, dining room, half bath , laundry, and fully stocked kitchen
On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath with shower.
Go up to the third floor and you will find two twin beds plus a day bed that can be opened to 2 additional twin beds or 1 king size bed. This space is perfect for overflow guests or private space for the kids to claim as their own.
The best space of the home is the private screen room off the kitchen. This is the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail and make memories. Exit the screen room into a fenced back yard with patio. Enjoy the outdoor shower and the Weber gas grill. Finally, leave your beach gear at home since we have stocked you up with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, towels, and even your coolers.
