Perfect space for a big family. Immediate access to the beach. We were there in September and the beach was empty. Also a quick drive to cape Henelopen. Town is walking/biking distance or a quick drive. Great amenities including a large outdoor space. Absolutely loved it and very dog friendly without sacrificing the cleanliness of the house!

This was the most comfortable home we've ever rented. Ample space, beautifully decorated, and with so many additional amenities to make the stay perfect.

Fantastic home in a great location! Very clean and very comfortable. Loved all the space for our family - including the dog! So many things to do - kids loved riding bikes to town, walking to the bay and hanging in the hot tub. We will absolutely return!

Great location and lovely house!

We enjoyed the quick walks to the beach and the lovely backyard. House was well stocked with everything we needed. The house manager is quick to respond and easy to connect with. We had a great stay!

Great vacation home for my family and pets! The kitchen had everything you could need. Your rooms were spacious with several living areas. Hot tub on the deck by the master bedroom was wonderful. We walked the dogs in the yard and the bay was an easy walk very accessible. The house was equipped with beach supplies and a fire ring outside. Our host was very nice and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

Family beach vacay

Great spot in Lewes! Plenty of room for everyone both inside and out. Short walk to the beach or town. House was well stocked with everything we could have needed. Will definitely rent again.

amazing location; comfortable house

Two couples, a kid and a dog had a great stay in a comfortable home. The house is at the end of a quiet street with some extra yard for the dog and very close to a sweet beach. Comfie pillows and blankets but be advised: king-size bed is a bit of a climb!

Well-stocked, spacious, & ideal location

This is a great house for our multigenerational family vacation! It’s thoughtfully furnished, comfortable, and stocked with absolutely everything you might need, even a coffee bean grinder. Walk to town or the bay, bike to the state park or all the way to Rehoboth.

Peaceful setting

Third Time Is A Charm!

What a great place! Our third visit in three years and there will be a fourth. Nice location, peaceful and quiet. A short walk to Lewes which is loaded with shops and food. Don't hesitate to book this place, you won't be sorry.

Everything you need in a great location

Perfect spot for our multigenerational group of six. Quiet, 3-min walk to beach, bike to state park or to town, plus a yard and small fenced area for our dog. The house has everything you could possibly need or want - just bring clothes and toiletries!

Beautiful vacation home..very comfortable.Nice outdoor areas..close to the beach & you can bike from the house to Cape Henlopen as well as to the other bike trails. We biked to the Lewes Brewery too. Well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Barbara the property manager was very helpful. Hope to visit again.

Fantastic Stay

The property is exactly what you might hope it would be - extremely clean, private, and the decor is beyond expectations. Beds, linens, towels, lighting - I cannot say enough about this property and the communication. Check in was simple, parking is plentiful, and while we did not rent the lower unit, we certainly will next time when more family members come along with us.

Incredible!

This property exceeded expectations. Everything was so thoughtfully done. The yard felt like a private park. The beach access was just across the street. The beaches were practically empty. We had a great stay and truly appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely Lewes Home at the Beach

The house is wonderful for families wanting to spend time together, with a spacious living area and great outdoor decks and private lawn for tranquility. We loved the nautical decorating and the feel of the bayside inside the home in each and every room. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage, so that was a plus and also the bikes kept them busy! We loved our stay in this fantastic home. All in all it was a wonderful vacation in Historic Lewes.

Great house with all the amenities! Quiet street, with huge yard. House is well stocked with everything needed for a family vacation… great kitchens, decks, etc. Close to the beach, short drive back into the town of Lewes. Highly recommended! Richard and his caretaker were responsive when needed. The pictures don’t do it justice… highly understated! As longtime Lewes vacationers we will be back.. great for our dogs as well!
