Guest Access:
This unit shares the washer and dryer as well as the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units that makes it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests. Inquire with us if you are interested in booking both units!
Getting Around:
This location is VERY walkable to restaurants, shops, rental stores and all the best beach spots.
Other Things to Note:
Occupants exceeding FOUR will NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY PAST 10PM. (Children & infants are occupants)
No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at anytime.
For your safety there are outdoor cameras on the front door, back door, garage door and inside the garage laundry area of the property.
No pets allowed here, sorry!
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
