Welcome to the Barnacle! Located right in the heart of Boothbay Harbor and is a short walk to the downtown area. This newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment is directly on the water. The wrap around deck overhangs the water. There is also a private dock. This unique waterfront property has limited availability. Explore all there is to offer in the Boothbay Region area, as well as Popham Beach, Reid State Park, and the entire Midcoast. We look forward to your visit. *PLEASE NO CHILDREN

Hi there! We are Jeanne and Matthew Doucette. Owners/operators of Doucette Properties, LLC and Doucette Builders, LLC. We provide vacation property rental management and cleaning services as well as Construction services in Boothbay Harbor, Maine.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This property is owned by a lovely family in Virginia who fell in love with Boothbay Harbor and decided they wanted to own a little piece of heaven. My husband, Matthew runs Doucette Builders and renovated this gem. This is how we came to know the lovely homeowners.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This property is an oceanfront 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located directly on the Harbor. It has stunning views with a large wrap around deck and private floating dock. The Barnacle is located downtown Boothbay Harbor, just around the bend. In walking distance to shopping, dining, boat trips, etc. My favorite thing about this property is watching all the action going on in the Harbor! You have a front row seat at fireworks events put on by the town. This property is only available a few weeks of the year.
