Easton s Beach har en lekplats, snackbar, Merry-go-round, akvarium och bor veckovis underhållning. Middle s Sachuest (2nd) Beach "Surfer End" är bara 1/2 mil bort med den bästa surfing i RI. Middle 3rd Beach 1. har 5 miles away inga vågor och en båt ramp med vindsurfing vid norra änden. Bara en kort promenad till populära restauranger och pubar, inklusive Johnny Atlantic Beach Club och Flos Clam Shack. Crest St Stay

Very satisfied with everything at the house. Check-in/out was easy. I was in the area for my wedding and was staying here with 8 people total - plenty of room for all of us, and good value compared to nearby hotels. If I could make one suggestion, shampoo and conditioner or dispensers for those would be a nice thing to add to the bathrooms.

Worked well for 4 generations in town to attend a wedding. Power went out in the area for a few hours in the late afternoon on Saturday while we got ready but we all made it on time.

We traveled to Newport for my son's wedding. The house was a perfect accommodation for 8 of us. The walk to the beach was easy. We were able to relax, grill out and sit on the back porch to catch up with each other before the busy wedding day. We had a wonderful time in this house!The only complaint we had - and this is small - is the the pillows on the beds were pretty flat. Bring your own pillow if that is feasible. Otherwise, the features in the home were everything that we needed.

Wonderful

Check-in process went smoothly and house was as pictured. The host had a binder full of info from how to use certain appliances in the house to day trip ideas! Such a helpful binder :) the house is a quick walk to the beach and small downtown area. Would definitely book again!

Middletown Easton charmer

Home super convenient! We are walkers - cliff walk down the street, walk to town 1.5 miles. Away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed being so close to water. House very charming and clean 🙌

Girls Weekend for Wedding Event

Great weekend escape

This house was excellent!!! Quiet neighborhood and steps away from the beach. Less than a mile to the Cliff Walk. The house was roomy and clean. Communication with the owner and manager was quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!!

Love this cottage

This was perfect for our family reunion! The house was entirely set up for comfort with amenities to help ensure everyone’s needs were met. Great location. Just a short walk to the beach. A quick drive to Newport center. Couldn’t have been better!! I would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding

The home was perfect for our family of 6 +1 for our son’s wedding. Plenty of space/bathroom space for all to get ready for rehearsal and wedding day! The house was clean, full of amenities and the outside shower was fantastic!! Will definitely come back ‼️

Family wedding retreat in Newport

Our property manager, Kim, was wonderful and went out of her way to address any needs that arose. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location was perfect, minutes away from Newport where the wedding was, and walkable to beaches, restaurants and convenience stores.

Wonderful place, we will be back

We stayed at the place for a long weekend. Great, spacious beach house, has necessary amenities, short walk to the the first beach. Good for a large family. Well-equipped kitchen. Very cozy secluded backyard with a covered porch and outside shower which is so convenient to rinse off the sand after a day on a beach. We will definitely be back next year for a longer stay.
