Experience the best of both worlds (mountain and lake) at this family-friendly, first-floor studio! You'll enjoy all the conveniences of a home away from home. Start your day off on the right foot with a delicious cup of coffee on your private balcony overlooking the pool. Then, prepare quick meals or snacks on the go in the well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher), or watch your favorite shows on the cable-equipped TV. There is a gas fireplace to make your stay even more pleasant, especially during the winter months. Shared amenities include a firepit, gas grills, a private beach, a heated pool, and a seasonal pool by the private beach with a kid's pool.

Things to Know
There are four beach towels available.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no cameras inside the unit itself.

Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay

Wife and I needed a weekend away and this was the perfect place for us to get away to. Walking distance to a private beach on the lake. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and shops across the street

Christmas stay

Restful, welcoming, comforting. All needs available and met. I walked to the beach, light snow, no problem. Maps guiding the way. Underground parking easy to get to elevators and room. All appliances perfect. Staff very very people and welcoming. All electrical perfect, tv, lights, heater. Shower was excellent. Ample towels available. Warm bed linens and comfy pillows.Just a very nice, restful, peaceful rejuvenating stay. Thank you.

Accommodating & Comfortable

The location was perfect, a little road noise during the day but very manageable (especially because we were out exploring during the day). Bed was comfortable, perfect space for two, fireplace and ac unit were both used during this time of year (September) and it made for a comfortable stay. The key to this particular room is its location, close to the underground parking/ guest lobby & street side pool n hot tub (very convenient for us). It is a short 2 minute walk to the dock and beach but well worth it for us. SLT was beautiful, so much to do, can’t wait to go back & make more memories…

Hidden Gem Vacation Condo

Wonderful property! Great little condo. Very clean and attentive onsite managers. Pool and spa areas are great. Private beach is also a plus. The only thing that I would have liked was for the property description to be a bit more clear upfront that this particular condo is not beachfront. However the condo was great and we appreciated the ice machine on our floor. Loved all of it. Would stay again!

Misrepresented

The online booking looked promising, however when we showed up it was not what I was expecting. Access to the beach was as close as I was made to believe and the condos are a bit dated. Not as romantic as I was hoping for it to be when I booked this trip to propose.

Just as advertised

We found the unit to be exactly like the description in the posting. It was a large, well equipped studio with everything you need. The unit did face the busy street but it also overlooked a pool and jacuzzi. There was not an issue with noise. The bed was firm and comfortable. The hardwood floors were nice as well. We enjoyed the private beach too. This was a nice, clean, functional studio and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great Location; Hard Bed & Noisy Neighbors

The proximity to the lake and access to pools and hot tubs was top notch! The check in process was smooth and parking was easy. There were many local restaurants within walking distance, and we made use of the fridge and other kitchen amenities. My partner and I prefer a softer bed, however the bed was super hard and very uncomfortable for us. Unfortunately, we were woken up several times by the upstairs neighbors walking about (we were on the 1st floor). Other than that, this was a great stay.

Not what we expected

Have to first Say the room was fine and fit our needs. Description of location of the room and the lake was Mis-leading. Parking was optimal and the parking pass that we were supposed to have wasn’t available when we arrived. The internet was a constant battle and with no cell service made our stay a challenge. The fireplace automatically turned on @2 am in the morning and when we spoke to Vacasa to find out how to work it or turn it off we didn’t get a follow up and it took two days for us to figure out. To be quite frank as the room was acceptable I don’t feel with the mis-leading description of the distance to the water and the service of the management of the rental, I don’t believe We would feel comfortable booking through this app in the future

Beautiful place to stay

Nice spacious and clean rooms . Heated pool and jacuzzi was a plus . Easy access to beautiful lake tahoe beach . Would highly recommend staying here at Lakeland village ! 5 stars

Great stay in South Lake

1st of all the location is very good as your within a short drive to the strip in South Lake. The unit itself is also in a good location as it's close to both the pool/spa area, as well as a short distance from the private beach (2-3 min walk). It's well equipped with pretty much everything you need. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars was the very firm mattress (which isn't my preferred feel) and the fact that the WiFi was very spotty for a good portion of one of the days (with no internet access). However....other then that, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay! I definitely wouldn't mind staying again, as this property provides a solid value for it's price point.

Beautiful room!

The room was just as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only negative comment is that there was no pool pass code, which is required to enter those areas. When I called, they said it would be in the room, but it was not. Another resort guest gave us a code so we could use the pool.
