Located in the heart of Denver’s trendiest neighborhood—Lower Highlands (LoHi)—you’ll be a stone’s throw away from dozens of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and landmarks when you stay in this spacious 2 bedroom Condo! We will provide one complimentary in-stay clean each month you stay!

The Space:
Surrounded by 46 restaurants within 5 blocks, this location is perfect for those who like life at their fingertips in walking distance. A short walk across the bridge brings you to beautiful Commons Park for a picnic on the river and a stroll through Centennial Gardens. Our unit is also within walking distance of both Coors Field and the Pepsi Center. Easy access to I-25 makes it great for those who commute for work or want to spend the weekends exploring Colorado.

The close proximity to Union Station provides cost-effective, convenient transportation to the airport. Whether you’re here for business or vacation, just a short walk across the Highland Bridge will take you to the center of the city. And remember to bring your bicycle—not only will you have the Platte River bike trail at your doorstep, but the property’s location encourage you to explore Colorado’s multitude of other bike parks and outdoor activities.

Working remotely? Our unit provides the comforts and conveniences needed for you to relax, refresh, or work from home. Our condominium is 1000 Sq ft with comfortable accommodations for longer stays. In addition to the popular “industrial chic” modern décor, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes jet black appliances, granite countertops, and seating for four. With bonus amenities such as 1 G Fiber Internet, Sling TV, Netflix and a Grill, you'll feel like you're at your home away from home.

Getting Around:
You won't need a car to stay here but if you want to explore the greater Denver area, you may want to consider renting a car.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.

Dogs are welcome and we charge a $100 non-refundable fee per stay. Please inquire about multiple pets.

Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.

We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

We are 420 friendly but ask that you smoke on the outside patio only.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Great location and view, quiet building
Stay here was the perfect site for a mix of business and pleasure. An easy walk to union station (much cheaper than Uber to airport), loads of great restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of street parking. The apartment had all we needed, save for chairs for the spacious balcony, but no biggie. Loved all the light and 2 full baths! It overlooks a major highway, so if traffic noise bothers you, make sure to bring a noise maker for the front bedroom. It’s more of a steady hum than honking horns, etc. Overall a great stay!

Great apartment in a fantastic location
Amazing stay - can’t recommend it enough! The apartment is lovely, building is safe and in a super convenient location - so much stuff within walking distance - we saw the Denver Nuggets play, so many great food options nearby - I’d also highly recommend the cocktail bar that’s a 5 minute walk from the apartment where they don’t have a menu, they just make the drinks up based on what you’re vibing - “The Nearby Bar”

Great experience
The condo was exactly as advertised with no disappointments. While we read reviews about traffic noise we found it not to be an issue for us. It's part of being so close to downtown and within walking distance to so many places. Since the condo is located in a very popular district I was initially concerned about parking. However, it was never an issue. We always found a spot close by. The condo and its location were perfect for our stay in Denver.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay here. The only minor complaint I had is that there are no lamps in the living area so you had to turn on the big lights while in there and couldn't turn on the bedroom fan. Other than that, it was as described and the perfect location to everything.

Fantastic Location
My buddy and I stayed here while celebrating his 50th birthday. The location could not have been better, the neighborhood is awesome! Lots of bars and restaurants very close to the condo. Denver, overall, is very walk friendly. We had a great time just wandering around the city and LoHi neighborhood bouncing around from Brewery to Brewery. I was sad to leave.
