Our condo is named âFirst Lightâ because you will not find a better spot to enjoy an early sunrise here in York, Maine. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the waves meet the shore in the sun-drenched living room. This two bedroom, one bathroom condo is located just across the street from Long Sands Beach, where you can enjoy a relaxed beach feel. If you want a little more action â the condo is less than a mile away from the hustle and bustle of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Short Sands. In only one trolley stop you can be enjoying saltwater taffy from The Golden Rod, bowling at Fun-O-Rama, or exploring Yorkâs Wild Kingdom with your family!

You will love the location of the condo - thereâs no need to pack a lunch or worry about running out of cold drinks while enjoying the sun and sand!
