Perfect location

We stayed on Long Sands Beach for a week but I wish it had been longer. I started every morning having my coffee while I walked the beach. There were some nice restaurants close by. In addition, we walked to Fox's near the lighthouse for great lobster. And another night, we walked to Short Sands for ice cream. It is the best of both worlds-- a large quiet family friendly beach with busier places within a mile or so walk.

Perfect Stay in York

The property was the perfect location for a long weekend in York Beach. The hosts were communicative and friendly and the apartment is exactly as pictured. I’d happily come back for a return trip to York!

Great place to stay at York Beach

The rental was perfect for me as it was conveniently located next to the beach and near a good restaurant and also a grocery. The bed was comfortable, the rooms seem recently remodeled, it had every amenity that I had need of. It’s a great choice for a couples getaway, or in my case, a personal retreat.

Very welcoming

This property was a fantastic location and the property owner and her mother in law made us feel so welcome. Stephanie was a delight to talk to and so helpful with her suggestions. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent Rental

We loved our stay at this rental and hated to leave when are week was up. Julie, and family made sure we had everything we needed and the rental was everything we could ask for. We can't wait to return!

Lovely

I really enjoyed this spot. Great low key spot. Love that there was a place around the corner to cover any extra needs… sandwiches and ice cream plus. Surprise Bonfire with a cookout and band for the Holiday was a huge bonus. Hostess was lovely.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our week here! Just steps to the beach and also an easy drive to Portland and Massachusetts. I had some questions before we went and Julie was super prompt and friendly in responding through the VRBO messaging system. Looking forward to coming back one day!

Beautiful property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could want. An easy, short walk across the street to the lovely beach. Restaurant and general store also within walking distance. We'd love to go back!

Perfect place for two

Plenty of space for two adults. Directly across from the beach in a great location. Mattress was average and not uncomfortable. Great water pressure. Beautiful back yard with a covered area to sit/grill.

Perfect and Relaxing Weekend Away

This place is perfect for a weekend away! Julie made the process incredibly easy and straightforward, and was always available to answer any questions. The spot was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Right on the beach if you want a relaxing place to walk, and a quick drive to Portsmouth if you want a nice night out. I highly recommend, and hope to come back in the future!

Perfect getaway!

Julie and Jeff are perfect hosts! The rental was immaculate and had everything we needed for the perfect getaway!!! We kept the bedroom window open a bit at night and we could hear the ocean waves. It made for easy, peaceful sleeping. Check in & out was seamless.

Hidden Gem!!!

Had the most amazing beach vacation this week! This was our second time staying at this property, and it was equally as wonderful as the first time we came! The apartment was spotless, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed for our vacation, not to mention the very best part of being literally 50 steps from the beach!!! Julie, Geoff, and Stephanie all met us when we arrived, making sure we were all set, and met us as we left to say thank you and goodbye….we have already booked our week for next year!! They are all so warm and friendly, it made it seem like we were going to visit family…thank you again!!
