Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with filtered water (not RO) at the sink, no need to buy a lot of plastic water jugs. Best quality, high thread count white linens on all the beds. Open floor plan, minutes to stores, trails, red rock views and fun! The perfect retreat for family and friends.

Easter Weekend getaway

The house was exactly as listed. We really enjoyed the sauna in the morning and sitting on the deck with the sunrise and sunset. It was oerfect weather on Saturday and Easter Sunday.

Great location!

Home was clean and wonderful for a group. Nice privacy and enjoyed the jacuzzi/spa! The living room was nice to lounge with a comfy sectional. Beautiful views!

Lovely house near everything

Beautiful clean home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths making it large enough for a big family. There are neighbors but you’d never know when sitting out on the large deck. It seems so secluded. Joel answered all my questions and when there was a problem with VRBO he went out of his way and fixed the issue. Had a great and successful week at this hideaway home.

Visit from Wisconsin

Came for a short visit from WI. Great location and view from the property. While we were gone most of the day exploring, the hot tub and sauna was the perfect way to unwind! We had 7 family members total with age range of 10-70 and it provided the perfect amount of space for all of us.

Great Place in Sedona

Overall great experience. Great location in Sedona (southern part of town) in the middle of a neighborhood, but we didnt see or hear anyone else from the property. Joel is very available via text for any issues. Hot tub and sauna both as advertised and very functional. Stayed with three kids under 11 and 4 adults and had plenty of room.

Amazing Property

This is a gem of a property in West Sedona. We loved the amenities and proximity to our other planned activities. Joel is also very friendly and professional, and provided easy to follow instructions for accessing and maintaining the property. We would greatly enjoy staying here again.

We had a wonderful time!

We celebrated a birthday with our girl tribe. Although there isn’t a view, the hot tub and sauna were a great addition. It was freezing cold, limiting our ability to sit outside like we like, but the amenities were great.

4-Bedroom Gem

Very private home tucked behind front yard vegetation. Decor is for comfort and live-ability, easy to keep clean. Short distance to downtown. Would definitely return.
