Amazing views from this ground floor, corner unit steps from the beach!

Enjoy a piece of heaven from this ground floor corner unit with granite counter tops, tile flooring, washer and dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 twins in the second bedroom and all the linens furnished for the beds. Bath towels and beach towels are furnished as well as beach chairs and toys. For the wee ones there is a pack n play.

The living space has a love seat with2 additional chairs for lounging. The breakfast bar has 4 barstools, although we prefer to eat all our meals on the lanai!

The best part of this amazing unit is the view! The lanai is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings while you watch the beautiful sunrises and have a quiet dinner in the evenings. Both bedrooms have windows facing the Sunrise in the east. There is no air conditioning, however, with this being a corner unit, and right on the ocean, there are wonderful ocean breezes that keep the unit cool and comfortable. We also have a floor fan in each bedroom and ceiling fans should they be needed if the trade winds die down.

Amazing location and view

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. The views and walking out to the beach from our riom was a HUGE plus. I was concerned with the broken screen for one of the bedrooms since we are on the ground floor. There we was an open monster can left on the kitchen counter. The ice try had hair in it. All of the curtains and fans could use a good cleaning because of the amount od dust on them.tray had h

Spring break with family of four

We have a returned many times to this complex for our annual spring break trips with our two kids since my son was two years old (he is now 10) and this property is our favorite. The location is perfect (right next to tide pools and wading pool) along with swimming pool. My kids have a blast. In addition, grocery store and our favorite shave ice shop is just across the street. The condo is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen for us to heat up our takeouts or make our own meals. The sound of the waves crashing at night and the beautiful sunrises every morning cannot be beat. Thank you for another amazing and memorable trip.

Beautiful location and nice condo well stocked for traveler

My daughter and 2 yr old granddaughter loved this condo and location so close to the beach and with a wonderful ocean view. With the easy access to the ocean and the ground floor lawn yard it was great for us and our toddler!I appreciate all of the gear for the beach and snorkeling and also the pack and play and the high chair for our toddler.

Right on the ocean

Family vacay in Kauai

Condo was great and was ground level corner unit right on ocean. Sheila was super helpful. Centrally located to swimming beaches and snorkeling. Perfect for family of four to stay and eat meals overlooking the ocean.

Wonderful place, Wonderful Host

Great place by the beach

Sunrise heaven.

Our family stayed here for a week. It was the perfect launching point for all our island adventures. A very clean unit, comfy beds, Well equipped kitchen. The storage closet had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and more. The morning sunrises were phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Great central location with easy drive north or south. Unit has all the amenities you could need and awesome supply of beach, pool or day away necessities. Unit has a wonderful ocean breeze that keeps it comfortable day and night. Beach restoration directly out in front of the complex was in progress at time of stay but when completed will just be amazing! Enjoyed walks on the beach to the south along with seeing the occasional monk seal sleeping on the beach. Restaurant next door was fantastic and the Safeway across the street kept us well supplied.

Peaceful and perfect

Really amazing location, walking distance to grocery stores and a short drive to restaurants. But the best for me was to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. I watched every single sunrise from the beach right in front of the apartment. Everything you'll need to enjoy your stay is in the unit. Thanks you!!

We have been coming to Kauai since 1987 and were blessed to have the opportunity to purchase this unit in 2021. The Kapaa area is for us, has everything from great eateries, local farmers markets, shopping across the street (Safeway) and easy access to the North Shore (Hanalei) and the South Shore (Poipu) areas.
