The whole process, making the reservation, checking in, checking out was so smooth!! Never talked to even one person, but they have everything set up so well you don't need to! I would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic base for exploring Kauai. The condo is the perfect set up for relaxation, and having meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the trip. The pool area is beautiful and we loved having access to the grill. Appreciated the washer/dryer inside of the condo and the books to borrow at the main office. Also appreciated how this condo came with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Really appreciated Shayne’s quick communication and concern during the weather event. Highly recommend this condo!

Condo has fabulous ocean views! Seeing a nearly full double rainbow was a highlight. Everything you need is provided including beach chairs, boogie board, and beach toys. Communication with Shayne was great. He also provided lots of good info for our stay. Thanks, Shayne!

Love this place. Great location, unbelievable views. Well equipped with all the essentials for an easy weeklong stay. I’ll come back if I can. even had beach supplies to make your life easy.

Great location- very accessible to nearby restaurants and shops and easy to get to/from the airport as well as other parts of the island. The only drawback of the location was the traffic noise from the highway. But truly wonderful ocean views that can't be beat.

Everything was perfect and work as described in listing. Great natural air circulation, fan and ac if needed. Amazing roaring ocean and sunrise view every morning.

The good: spectacular views of the ocean, very private, everything in good condition, lots of kitchen gadgets and dishes, supplies provided by the host and previous guests, quiet pool with mostly adults. Great experience working with the host.The less good: AC was 2 window units and noisy, especially in the bedroom, and had difficulty keeping the place cool. The waves drowned out the traffic noise on the balcony, but not at the pool or common areas.Overall: excellent value if you are OK with some AC noise and traffic noise.

The condo was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay in Kauai. The view from the balcony of the ocean was awesome. We could see whale spouts from the view. My only drawback from a 5 star was the street noise during the night

Perfect little getaway

Good little condo right in the middle of most things. About equal time to get to Hanalei or Waimea making this a good central place for those that want to explore the island.
