The apartment opens directly onto a fairly large entrance where there is a sleeping area (90 pull-out bed for 2 people). You can then access the living room. This offers a 140 sofa bed for 2 additional beds. The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with a dining table with four chairs, as well as a mini deckchair!

The space also remains open to the kitchen where you will find enough to make yourself good little salads and your meals for the holidays!

Parking:
The residence has a private car park with free parking spaces for occupants. Access to the residence is private (automatic gate).

Equipment:
A microwave, a refrigerator, a dish leash, an oven, a gas hob, a kettle, a toaster and a Tassimo coffee maker are at your disposal; sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for 2 to 4 people.

The environment:
The area in which the residence is located is an active area especially during the summer seasons! A few blocks from the residence you will find the Lecques beach, as well as the avenue du Port. Avenue in which you will find a bakery, the tourist office, restaurants, snack bar, bar tobacco etc ...
Sheets and bath towels:
Optional for a fee and on request (25 € for the double bed kit and 15 € for the kit for towels with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
