Newly renovated four bedroom, two full bath single family LAKEFRONT home in the gated community, Arrowhead Lake. Come enjoy all the amenities of a nationally recognized community including 3 heated outdoor pools, 4 beaches, 4 playgrounds, tennis and volleyball court, kayak rental, lodge game room and restaurant. Homes includes two 1st floor bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds + trundle bed and downstairs full bath with tub. Upstairs includes one large bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and one full bath (shower). Sit and relax on the deck or dock as you watch the sunset. Enjoy your morning coffee or dinner in the sunroom that overlooks the lake. House includes sheets, towels, kid toys and board games, two paddleboards, small paddle boat, life jackets, rafts, fishing rods, bikes, and fire pit.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay and have a nice relaxing week at the lake. The house had lots of awesome equipment to use and chairs for the beach. It was nice not to have to pack a ton of things and just have them already at the house. We enjoyed the lake pretty much every day and it was so nice to wake up and see the view each morning. We were nice and close to Beach 2 and the Island Pool so we got to enjoy that as well. We will definitely be back as we can't imagine not being on the lake for every vacation!

Wonderful getaway

This was a wonderful weekend getaway for our family and friends. Property was neat, well-designed and maintained. Kid-friendly house and community with beaches, playgrounds and lots of toys & games for kids and adults inside and outside. We definitely enjoyed!

Perfect for us!

As rated, the home was clean, with a well equiped kitchen, comfy beds, and a lake view with access to the water. It poured rain, but for 8 adults we were cozy and had plenty of room for us. We had a great time! The owner of the home was so nice and easy to get in touch with, if we had any questions. Depending on all our schedules we want to plan to return to this home.

Family Vacation

This was a very big gated community with lots of streets,two lakes,beaches and pools. The house had everything we needed and the porch was nice eating dinner on. It was fun taking out all the different kinds of boats and paddle boards at the house. My family had a nice vacation.

Lovely stay on lake

Meghan was a wonderful host. Answered all questions and was so responsive. Everything was available for our use. Having the boats and kayaks, towels and linens and firewood was a great plus. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable! And being right on the lake is magical! We all loved it, the children were hapoy to be outside! Would definitely recommend! Barbara

Quaint Lake Side Escape

Celebrated my wife’s birthday with some friends. The house perfectly accommodated a few couples. Couldn’t ask for a better location with the private access to the lake. Also very close to Beach #2. Would definitely return or recommend!

Great lakefront cabin!

Very clean, and one of the only properties in the area that included towels and sheets. It would have been hard to fly in from Florida and stay in a facility that did not provide towels and sheets. Lots of games to play as well. Wish we had time to enjoy the lakefront fire pit!

Understated and Wonderful

This listing throws you off when you first pull in but once you see the beautiful, cozy inside and the access to the lake you will not want to leave. This was a great spot for not only my 80 year old aunt but also my 6 year old niece. The host was super helpful when we had questions and was a super helpful resource.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our long weekend here at the lake house! It was a nice change of pace from the normal hustle and bustle. My 10 yo son spent the entire weekend outside fishing, helping collect sticks for the fire pit, using the pedal boat, and many other things. The house was beautiful and Meghan was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend. We will be planning another trip here next year!

We had a nice stay at the lake house! Clean and relaxing. But the community beaches were dirty and the rental shacks were not open at the island pool so there was not much to do around the community

Wonderful fall weekend!

My family had a wonderful fall weekend here—we spent a lot of time on the lake with their various boats and paddle boards. We also had some good hikes within a half an hour. House was clean and updated. Also got to see some beautiful sunsets over the lake. Highly recommend

Fun was had.

The kitchen and the bathrooms are nicely updated. The house was well stocked not only with towels, linens and bathroom items but also the kitchen had good range and amount of equipment. We had a hard time with the dishwasher, but that was definitely user error. The shed had so much more than we needed to entertain our group. We had so much fun and would consider renting again because it was so easy. Thank you!
