Nära till Jack Frost golf, Camel Beach och massor av vandringsleder. Hemmet innehåller 4 BRS 2 sovrum med king size-sängar, sover 11 (2 Kings, 2 Fulls, 3 tvillingar). Badrum vardera på vägar och 2: a våningen. Entréplan är rullstol.

Den perfekta få bort plats för en rolig och avkopplande vecka på den stora sjön vid pilspetsen. Denna bakgård ger dig fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Fiske, segling, kanot allt från din bakgård med vår roddbåt eller kanot med paddlar. En Firepit är tillgängliga (villkor tillåter) att grilla marshmallows vid sjön på natten. Koppla av med att spela fotboll, pool eller ping-pong, air hockey eller poker i spelrummet. Njut av hisnande solnedgångar från en skärmad-in veranda. WIFI i hela huset. Grundläggande kabel-TV och stereo system håller dig i kontakt och underhöll. Nära kasinon för en lekfull nattliv. Gemenskapen har stränder och 3 stora utomhuspooler. Vänner, möten, kyrkliga grupper samlas för en reträtt / flyktbilen.

Fisket i detta moment sjön är stor. Kom använda 2 sits kanot och 2 sits roddbåt upp från gården och tillbringa en helg eller vecka i denna rymliga Arrowhead Lakes lakefront hem med öppen planlösning ligger på en sjö i Pocono Mountains. Kort promenad till stranden. Nära till vandring, forsränning, skidåkning och paintball.

Magnifik utsikt över sjön från alla rum, inklusive spelrum med poolbord och fotboll, bordtennisbord, pokerbord, nöjescenter med massor av brädspel och massor av kul. Fullt utrustat kök, stor screening i veranda, öppen spis i sten, handikappanpassad första våningen. Gas Grill på baksidan veranda. Bekvämt beläget nära stora shoppingen, antikaffärer, restauranger, kasinon, ridning, golf och mycket mer!

Tyvärr - inga husdjur, ingen rökning. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår inte. Minst en medlem i fest måste vara 25+. ID måste lämnas för personbokning.

Fantastic stay with friends

Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the house offered. The hottub and game room were utilized greatly. The kitchen was stocked, the house was warm and clean. The host, Heather, was very attentive and helpful. Would love to enjoy the property during the summer months.

Perfect Getaway!!

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful sunsets, great location! The house was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable family getaway. Fishing right from the dock, kayaks, canoe and rowboat for fun on the lake and a fire pit for s’mores and relaxing. Heather was lovely and the booking could not have been smoother or easier. Thank you for a wonderful family trip!

Great place to relax by the lake

Great location and the house was very clean and organized. Amazing sunsets by the bonfire and some local residents (deer and some possums) visiting us after sunsets.

Girls’ Weekend

Perfect location for our fall getaway. Beautiful lake views, plenty of room (inside and out), clean, and reasonably close to restaurants and other places of interest (ie Jim Thorpe), not to mention great communication with homeowner. Would recommend for those looking for a home, in a gated community, for a fall group get together!

Great weekend getaway

Fun times await in this immaculately kept lake front home. Very clean, fun game room, relaxing hot tub room, row boat, canoe, kayaks it has it all. Heather is a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating making sure our first time rental experience was flawless. Thank you Heather for a fantastic weekend.

Weekend Get Away

Stayed here with 7 other friends to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing time & had so many options for things to do between the kayaks, fishing, the hot tub, games, etc. Heather communicated so clearly & consistently, it really made a difference in any questions we had or things we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Great girls weekend

We had a fabulous long weekend in Arrowhead, the house was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire house, it was well-stocked and had great views of the lake. Even though it was a cold, windy weekend we still got to enjoy the views of the outdoors in the warm cozy home. The game room was a nice treat! Thanks for opening your home to us!

What a gem!

My daughter and I stayed at this property, and I can't tell you how pleased we were. Just being able to hang out and be 40 feet from the lake was incredible. So serene and peaceful. The Living room was warm and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about this place.

We love our stay at Happiness on the Lake! Great location

We had an opportunity to stay at this property for a couple of days in May. We had nine people in our company, and we all had great time out there. I don't even think we turned TV on once, so great was fishing in the lake, walk around, barbecue or just do nothing and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The house had everything needed to accommodate us all. I would highly recommend that place and location.

Lovely Family Vacation at the Lake!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the lake house. There were 11 of us in total so at times it was a little tight but the views and proximity to the lake beach were well worth it! Heather answered all of my questions prior to the trip. We saw lots of wildlife on the property alone and found it to be a quiet location on the lake. We spent our days between the house, the island pool (short drive) and the beach. We would definitely return to this great home!

My family has been coming to the mountains since I was a young child. I attended East Stroudsburg University where I met my husband many years ago. We live outside of Philadelphia and love to escape life and come to our happy place any chance we can. We always dreamed of having a home on the lake. When we first rented this home we immediately fell in love with it and couldn't wait to own one on the lake ourselves one day. Just as the previous owner vacationed in this home for years and then bought it we too purchased it after staying in it and learning the owner was ready to sell. We have three children who love the outdoors. It's a great escape for all of us! When we are at the house we turn all electronics off and just enjoy our time connected as a family playing games, fishing off the dock and in the boats, sitting by the fire and just being together. (don't worry we have wifi and tv's for all of you to enjoy:)

Happiness on the lake is exactly what we were looking for and we want to create that for all of our guests as well. We are open to your suggestions as we want you to love our home just as much as we do. This is definitely our happy place and we are thrilled to be able to share it with all of you so that you too can create happy memories with your friends and family.

Our family enjoys spending time here both by ourselves and with friends - and we are thrilled to be able to offer our happy place to our guests as well. If you are looking for a place to relax and want to just get away and be happy than this is the place for you. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and the sun sets are breathtaking. It's a great place to escape, unwind and relax with the lake right out your back door.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home has the most spectacular views of the sunsets, 4th of July fireworks and the lake. You can take your boats right over to the island pool or walk to one of the beaches. Honestly we never feel the need to leave the home when we are here. Between the lake, dock, water toys, hot tub, game room, fireplace and screened in porch it has everything we need to enjoy a relaxing getaway.
