It was more spacious than I thought, we had a great time here! Our family really enjoyed our time here, thank you for having us.My only complaint is the single parking for 12 people, but we got lucky with the visitor parking this time.

Excellent location, beautiful property

We had 9 people and everyone was comfortable. The tram is very close and will take you all over the resort which made it so easy for everyone to go do their own thing and not struggle with parking. The pool is right across the street, beach just around the corner. Gulf cart worked great. We would definitely book this again.

This is our best vacation yet! we love this unit. I wasn’t sure about the bunkbed, but it’s actually a 4 x 5 closet that has two bunks built-in. Our son loved sleeping there. It’s probably too small for kids over the age of 10.

Family vacation

The home was spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool right across the red bricked road! The beach was about 1 mile away but the golf cart was running smoothly and it was not far to walk once you got to the beach! We loved driving the golf cart to the Baytown area! We would rate our experience an 8 out of 10 over all!

Room for everyone!

Large condo, was perfect for the seven of us. Clean, functional. To be ‘picky’ but did not affect our stay, the room doors and kitchen doors could be painted so that the unit looked pristine, and not neglected. Had a great time!

Family home!

Nice home in a friendly resort. The only issue was with the golf cart. There was a burning scent while driving with some smoking noted from the right passenger side. Overall we had a great time in the home and community.

Coastal Beach Villa

The overall stay was very nice, there was no issues whatsoever. The only thing I would comment on is for the price they could spend a little more on some better toilet paper. But if that’s the only thing you can find to complain about, I’d say it’s pretty darn good.

A memory of a lifetime

Took my grand children and my 85 year old mother in law to the beach for the first time. The house was better then I could have imagined. Clean, welcoming, quite relaxing. Weather turned off colder then I’d like but the heated pool made up for it. I would recommend to everyone. I will be a repeat customer.

Great stay-Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family took our first trip to the SanDestin area and we had a wonderful time. The resort and our rental met our wide variety of needs. The golf, pools, amazing beach and activities were great! The golf cart was perfect to get around the resort with ease. I would highly recommend family vacations to this area. Our unit was clean and supplies/amenities were provided as stated on the rental agreement. The spacious living room and dining room area was prefect for hanging out. We also spent time watching the golfers go by as we sat in the enclosed patio area. The property manager was VERY responsive and helpful with our stay. As others have noted the bunk beds are very small..maybe for a toddler. Also the location of the bunks in the living room area makes them hard to use. Overall we would recommend this property and location for a stay with family!
