Denna tre sovrum, tre badrum stranden villa lämnar inget att önska. Beläget vid sidan av en golfbana i Sandestin® Resort. Denna bottenvåningenhet har inga trappor att kl��ttra och ligger tvärs över gatan från Tivoli vid havet poolen. Ta 6-sits golfbil eller spårvagn till den sandiga vita stranden.

Köket ��r toppmodernt med granitbänk och alla nödvändiga köksredskap för att förbereda dina favoritgourmetmat. Beläget bredvid köket finns matsal / frukostområde med plats åtta. Tre barstolar ger extra överfyllning för måltider. Underhållningscentret i vardagsrummet har en stor LCD-TV med en DVD-spelare. Sovrummet och första gästrummet har även LCD-plattskärms-TV med DVD-spelare. Det andra gästrummet har kabel-tv och en DVD-spelare också.

Denna villa erbjuder gott om plats för 10-12 gäster med en king size-säng i befälhavaren, drottning i det första gästrummet och två dubbelrum i det andra gästrummet. Det finns också två enkla våningssängar i en våningssäng i entrén som är lämplig för ungdomar. Det finns en drottning utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Denna villa har tre lyxiga badrum. Family vacation

It was more spacious than I thought, we had a great time here! Our family really enjoyed our time here, thank you for having us.My only complaint is the single parking for 12 people, but we got lucky with the visitor parking this time.

Excellent location, beautiful property

We had 9 people and everyone was comfortable. The tram is very close and will take you all over the resort which made it so easy for everyone to go do their own thing and not struggle with parking. The pool is right across the street, beach just around the corner. Gulf cart worked great. We would definitely book this again.

This is our best vacation yet! we love this unit. I wasn’t sure about the bunkbed, but it’s actually a 4 x 5 closet that has two bunks built-in. Our son loved sleeping there. It’s probably too small for kids over the age of 10.

We had the most amazing time during our stay. We loved the convenience of our location as well as being able to drive the golf cart pretty close to the beach to unload. We will be recommending this place to all our family and friends!

2025 family vacation

The place was very nice. The only thing is the twin buck beds are not actually twin size. They will work for toddler size kids. We had a great time and would rent again.

Unit was nice but the golf cart was a not usable, unsafe to drive and basically junk. The tires were almost flat and the cart was filthy.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Sandestin Resort. House was clean and in good shape, when we arrived and we were able to do early check in. Showers had great hot water. Beds were comfy. Golf cart had some electrical issue with the headlights sporadically flickering at night and the horn would randomly go off which gave us a few good laughs. It was difficult to make dinner and breakfast with the lack of pans and skillets. House that big should have skillets and pans that can accommodate cooking for that many people and cooking utensils. Another suggestion would be to have a welcome sheet in the house with perhaps a map of the resort. We were staying there for the first time and really had no idea where we could take the golf cart or what was on the resort area we could visit.

Room for everyone!

Large condo, was perfect for the seven of us. Clean, functional. To be ‘picky’ but did not affect our stay, the room doors and kitchen doors could be painted so that the unit looked pristine, and not neglected. Had a great time!

Beautiful location and community!

The location and Sandestin grounds are beautiful, the golf cart was a great mode of transportation to the beach and shopping. The condo was great with plenty of space for the family and little kids to run around. Great weekend getaway!

Family vacation

The home was spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool right across the red bricked road! The beach was about 1 mile away but the golf cart was running smoothly and it was not far to walk once you got to the beach! We loved driving the golf cart to the Baytown area! We would rate our experience an 8 out of 10 over all!

Coastal Beach Villa

The overall stay was very nice, there was no issues whatsoever. The only thing I would comment on is for the price they could spend a little more on some better toilet paper. But if that’s the only thing you can find to complain about, I’d say it’s pretty darn good.

Family home!

Nice home in a friendly resort. The only issue was with the golf cart. There was a burning scent while driving with some smoking noted from the right passenger side. Overall we had a great time in the home and community.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice but needs some updating. The layout was great and there was plenty of seating in the living area. The master bedroom was comfortable and the unit was clean. The sink was clogged but maintenance repaired it the day that the issue was reported. The bedroom with 2 full beds was hot the entire week. The frying pan needs to be thrown away but we had everything else that we needed in the kitchen. The golf cart had wires hanging from it and we had a flat tire. We were pleased for the most part but plan to stay in a beachfront rental if we return.

Unit was not equipped well with no sponges, only one kitchen towel, only one frying pan and no smart TV. We had To buy a Roku streaming device.
