Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located 10 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 30 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $6 dollar Uber. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet hidden House.

Other things to note
We appreciate that guests love the decor in our home, so much so that, occasionally guests take some of our decor home with them! We have also had guests sneak pets onto the property without talking to us first about it. Due to the frequency of this occurring we have been forced to add a security deposit to cover damages to the home and missing decor and extra cleaning fees resulting from pets staying on the premises.

Great Experience!

The Mi Casa Es Su Casa property met all of our expectations. The house was clean and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again next time we visit Prescott.

Great Stay

Cozy home with all you need. Spacious and clean! The house isn't new, but it's well cared for and we loved our stay. Host is quick to respond and very communicative. Would defintely stay here again!

Nice, comfortable, easy.

Comfortably appointed, well located, stayed nice and cozy during cold weather, well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, grateful for the Keurig pods.

Great place!

Beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed the fireplace. The outdoor space is nice also. This rental is probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and that’s very important to me. I would suggest buying a few thicker pillows for the beds. We really enjoyed our Prescott visit.

A home away from home

This house is a wonderful place to accommodate a small group with plenty of privacy and a nice large common area to all regroup and discuss the day's events. Lovely decor and clean, modern bathrooms! This was our 3rd year staying here for an annual dart event in Prescott. Will plan to stay again next year!

Home was very comfortable!! The location was great close to downtown!! Neighborhood was quiet!! The sectional sofa was a big hit!! Everybody wanted to sleep on it!! It was truly a home away from!! Would stay again!!

Good place to stay

Loved that the house was not far from downtown. Would recommend upgrading some kitchen cookware for a group staying. House was very clean as described and we had plenty of room for 6 adults.

Perfect Prescott Stay

This is the perfect home base for our stays to visit our ERAU student. Location could not be better! Close to everything including highways making our vacation easy and fun. House was super clean and comfortable!

Very comfortable home.

We felt right at home. Beds were very comfortable. A few surprises such as drinks and condiments left in the refrigerator and coffee K cups to drink as well. The property is perfect for 3 couples. We all had our own bathrooms. Highly recommend this property!

Great experience!

Booked this house for an overnight trip to Prescott and loved it. It could comfortably sleep 6-7 people. The house was very clean and cute! The host made our check in and check out process very smooth and easy. It’s less than 10 minutes away from downtown Prescott.

Comfortable

This property was perfect for our family while in town to attend a celebration of life for a family member. We were all very comfortable, great location near Whiskey Row for restaurants and relaxing. Very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Very nice!
