There is a shuttle bus stop at the foot of the flat. The flat is on the garden level and it faces south-east with a view of the Mont Blanc range and has a terrace and private garden.

- Kitchen with 4 gas plaques, oven, filter coffee maker and kettle, refrigerator and dish-washer, appareil fondue and raclette.
