HOME DETAILS: Nestled along the nature preserve in Seagrove's NatureWalk Community, Bear Beachin' is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach house with a fun layout, loft, open living and dining spaces, updated kitchen and beautiful balconies throughout. Large, open great room, kitchen and dining area finish the space with a gorgeous outdoor porch. Guests will have a blast while staying in NatureWalk which offers two neighborhood Olympic size swimming pools, miles of hiking and biking trails, and a children's playground volleyball and tennis courts, pickleball courts, and lounge areas.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen guest room, Flat screen TV, with ensuite full bath.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: King bed, Flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk in shower, upstairs balcony with porch swing

**This house comes with use of a 6-seater golf cart. A $1000 refundable damage deposit and waiver must be signed pre-arrival to use. You must be 25yrs or older to drive the golf cart.
