Pleasant villa with pool in central location for parks

This is a pleasant villa with a pool and jacuzzi and a games room in the garage. We stayed here for two weeks, and found it clean, with all the crockery and utensils you need. Though nothing major, the property could do with a bit of a refurb, with peeling paint, cracked tiles and old furniture. That said, it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay, though you will need a car as there is nothing within walking distance.

Family Disney Vacation

We had 8 people with plenty of room. Convenient to all parks. Lots of places to eat and shop near by. Hot tub would not get hot. They should provide more towels.(only two in each bathroom which means have to use towels over unless wash them) Would definitely stay here again.

False advertising

This property is advertised as having a hot tub and a heated pool. Neither pool or the hot tub was heated for half of our stay which was almost 10 days even with prepaying for said features. We were completely ignored through all forms of contact by the owner and when they finally sent someone to correct the issue turns out the “HOT TUB” never gets over 80 degrees so if your lucky you’ll get a couple days of a heated pool With a kiddie pool extension AKA hot tub

Very nice location, close to disney and walmart.

The house was nice and spacious to accommodate the needs of my family of 10. Having a 4th bathroom was a plus. It was also nice that both master bedrooms open to the pool outdoor. There was also a play room in the garage that kept our kids entertain. Another plus was that the house was about 14 minutes to Disney. And 5 mins away from a Super Walmart. Definitely will return!

Great Location , Villa clean & Ok

The villa is in a great position for the theme parks , only 15 mins to Disney. The villa was clean and exactly as described on VRBO , however certain items are showing signs of age and need replacing eg broken sink in one of the bathrooms We did however encounter a few issues which were either not dealt with or took too long to rectify. This was in relation to the AC stopped working, pool not heated and the electrics in the bathrooms tripping out. However we did not let these spoil what was a great vacation. It was however disappointing to hear from our insurance company once we arrived home that we were being held responsible for damage to various items that we didn’t cause ?

Great location!!

The location of this home is great; nice neighborhood, close to a bunch of restaurants and stores, less than 15mins drive to the parks. The home is a bit outdated, but clean. It was spacious enough for 9 people. However, there was only ONE towel for each person for the week, even less facecloths. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags mid week so we had to purchase our own as there wasn't any extras in the home. We paid an extra $50US per day to have the pool heated, but we found it on the cold side most days. The hot tub water was the same temperature as the pool. Also - we were in the pool one afternoon and the gentleman that cleans the pool arrived with his cleaning things and just started cleaning away with his water broom, even though we were IN the pool. We thought that was kind of strange... Do not regret our stay here as it was decent priced and again...the location!!! but would probs not stay at this same home again.

The good, the bad and the ugly

This property was very clean, has a great floor plan and is close to Disney in a nice neighborhood. Check in was easy. We stayed 16 days. Annoyances were no ice maker, the information notebook was missing and we had only 8 bath towels for 9 people. There is not one speck of Disney theming which may or may not be to your liking. The house brags about accessibility but we had an issue. There are three steps not two as stated. Two are seven inches high and one is 4 inches. In addition the driveway and the sidewalk leading up to the steps are very steep. We had a great deal of difficulty getting our ECV into the house at night to recharge it. Also unable to go through back patio due to a large step. We asked to put ECV in garage at night for charging but were told no. We ended up having to order curb ramps from Amazon to make it work. Additionally, we paid for 7 days of heated pool. We only had 4 days of heated pool. We reached out several times and were told that was "normal". We have young grand children who cold not be in a pool as cold as that one was. . The pool was between 68 and 70 degrees the first three days of heating. When the pool manager checked on the pool on the fourth day it miraculously jumped to 82 degrees and stayed warm for the remaining 4 days. We asked for a refund for the three unheated days. We were again told this is normal. So if you have no accessibility needs and you do not need pool heat this is a clean place with a good floor plan.

Great spot

House was lovely. Few minor issues but nothing that would stop us from returning. Pool is awesome and there are lots of towels and furniture to enjoy it. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy and lots of room in the fridge. Nine of us for two weeks and lots of room for everyone.

Spacious home near Disney

The house was nice and it had plenty of room for our family. Couple of issues, there were no extra toilet paper(we ran out) or paper towels, no shampoo only small bars of soap so at least you could was your hands. The house was pretty but the signs plastered all over the place reminding you of rules took away from the pleasantness.

Large and comfortable

Large and comfortable house. Great location to the parks and a super Walmart. Would definitely stay again. But house temperature was set a little high and found it pretty warm at night in the house, we r from a northern state and not use too the warm temperatures at night. Over all wonderful house like I said would stay again!

Great proximity to Disneyworld

Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Plenty of space for our party of 8 and having the pool and game room was a nice bonus! Near Walmart, restaurants, CVS, and gift shops. Highly recommend. Just a tip: ask for extra towels and be aware that the check out instructions ask guests to start a load of laundry before you leave.

Great house

Place was very clean and in a great location to get to WDW. No I4 needed. Very spacious and great showers. Nice quiet neighborhood and the owner was great and responds right away. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again on our next visit.

Pleasant stay

Overall a good stay, just be aware that at the end of your stay you are supposed to take all of your trash with you to dump somewhere. We left on a Sunday and could not find a dumpsite.

Very nice and exactly as described

Was very happy with this house. Only 10 minutes to Disney and about 20-30 to universal. We got in pretty late due to a flight delay and had a slight issue with the air conditioner. It was a tad warm in the house but not horrible. I messaged the owner at 11 pm and they had someone out the very next morning. We think it was just a breaker. Super happy with this rental!! Thank you! Definitely recommend
