Studio, furnished apartment above detached garage on family's sprawling property. Queen-bed, with pull out full couch. Sleeps up to 4. Well-appointed and outfitted, eat-in kitchenette. Gorgeous bathroom. Vaulted ceilings. Access to our saltwater pool(seasonal) that is shared with your host family and other Oasis guests, outdoor fireplace with TV(also shared with other Oasis guests), outdoor grill and pavilion with TV and Bose system.Less than a 10 min drive to downtown Annapolis.

The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a full-size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, teapot, stove and dishwasher. Just outside the property entrance is the gorgeous “Oasis” pool.
This studio is PERFECT for small families or friends visiting the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis Boat Shows or any of the many Annapolis events we have going on here year-round.

The property is a mere 3.5 miles away from Downtown Annapolis.

Short, but Perfect Stay!

Although our stay at Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis Star was brief, it was a great experience. The location was perfect! Beth and Andy were incredible host and welcomed us into the home as if we were family! We are looking forward to making a return trip when we are able to spend a bit more time!

Birthday Weekend

Had a great time with my wife for her birthday. Location was so close to so many things that it made moving around to all the places we wanted to visit super convenient while still being rather secluded from the bustle of the main roads. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely and the amenities were top notch. Definitely thinking about visiting again in the future.

This is a beautiful property and the Hostess, Beth, was very accommodating. We stayed in the Star, above the garage. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back in the future.

A magical pre-Christmas getaway!

Beth and Andy were the most wonderful hosts who reached out ahead of my stay to make sure I was able to get to their property safely and provided all sorts of helpful amenities once I settled in! Beth was so kind to show me around the property and make sure I had everything I needed. Their Oasis getaway house was exactly that! Beautiful big ceilings, open floor plan, spacious bathroom and a fridge full of various beverages - I felt right at home! Beth and Andy’s house was spick and span and felt so spacious. I can’t wait to return for another visit next year! Thank you Beth and Andy!

Weekend Getaway

From time to time i do VRBO's. And the Waterfront Oasis of Annapolis was absolutely the best one i have ever stayed at. It exceeded every expectation i had. It was immaculate, comfortable, safe, beautiful area, and every amenity was available. The Owner beth was very accessible if we had any questions.

Waterside Retreat

Beth and Andy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever booked with. So nice, friendly, and personable. The property was beautiful and in the perfect location if you’re wanting to visit Annapolis! Highly recommend booking with them. We’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful Waterfront Oasis

Wonderful Weekend! We had the pleasure of staying at Waterfront Oasis for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was truly amazing! We were welcomed lovingly and we were provided with a tour of the property. We were blown away by the luxury suite and the beautiful views. We enjoyed the access to the pool, patio with plenty of room to relax on the sofas, and the grilling area was perfect! Being able to walk down to the dock to watch sunsets was just breathtaking. We loved every moment and will definitely be back again soon!

The family that lives on the grounds and rent this property was super nice, communicative and welcoming. The property itself, a renovated 2nd floor of a large detached garage, was beautiful with wood floors, new kitchen, large tile bathroom and cool family style wooden kitchen table. The owners provide a great guide to the local area so you really have everything you need. You also have access to the beautiful outdoor deck and chais with a fireplace and big screen TV just a walk away from the creek. We didn't have time but apparently you can also rent boats from the water here as well. All and all a very nice experience and we look forward to going back for a longer stay!

Very nice little get-away

We loved it. the bathroom is large (fyi not much privacy as the vaulted ceilings are open above the bathroom door.) I enjoyed the quality of space, very cute and cozy built with quality materials.

If I Tell You It Won’t Be a Best Kept Secret!

Beth and Andy’s property is amazing! Located directly on the water, we felt like we were miles away from home yet it was the perfect staycation! From the warm hospitality to the attention to details, we truly enjoyed our stay. Pool, Outdoor lounge area, lakeside relaxation and minutes from Annapolis’s Main Street, this place was perfect! A best kept secret that I had to share!

Beautiful place to stay

When I first booked the place, I didn't realized that the owners are on the same property and I wasn't excited about that, but hosts Beth and Andy were amazing! Very responsive to answer all our questions before we arrived and very welcoming when we arrived. Studio is so beautifully designed, very nice and clean. Even though it is a studio, it is spacious. We even had refreshments in the fridge. Our boys enjoyed beautiful pool and grounds. Our family had a nice weekend and we will definitely be excited to be back!

Lovely private studio overlooking pool and waterfront location

Hosts thought of everything for a wonderful stay. Interior of the above-garage studio was tastefully decorated and comfortable as a quiet retreat. Amazing salt water pool, entertainment area, and deck seating all surrounded by landscaped grounds in a wooded setting. The dock area afforded views of the water and wildlife, including herons and osprey as the sun was setting. Crab cakes from Cantler's, which is just down the road, were outstanding. We hope to be back! Highly recommended.

Above and Beyond!

My husband and I were traveling to Annapolis for a family reunion with our one year old grandchild. Our hosts, Beth and Andy went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay on their beautiful property. We were treated like family the whole time that we were there. Beth was so helpful when it came to questions or concerns that I had in traveling for the first time with our baby granddaughter. To celebrate my Birthday, we took a boat tour with Captain Andy, which was our granddaughters’s first boat ride, and it turned out so much better than we expected. When we returned to shore Andy made us his famous Orange Crush adult beverage! Everything was just perfect, from our accommodations, to the gorgeous property and the beautiful swimming pool to the location being less than 15 minutes drive from town. We have family in the Annapolis area and we would definitely choose to stay at the Oasis again. If you’re looking for a unique and special experience, we highly recommend it!!

Extended weekend getaway

This property is gorgeous. The title of waterfront is misleading. Only the people who choose to rent the houseboat can enjoy the waterfront aspect. The family is always present. I did not realize how very close their home is to the rental property. Cannot watch tv outside without their assistance. Cannot start your own fires. The owners were using their gorgeous outdoor areas on 2 of the 3 evenings we were there,. How the seating is arranged makes it is not an easily shareable place. We felt like we would be invading them if we joined. The micromanaging is over the top.

Idyllic VRBO Experience!

Beth & Captain Andy are the quintessential VRBO Hosts. Communication was excellent, complete, cordial, and fast. Our first visit to Annapolis was spawned by the idea of seeing the US Navy Blue Angels flight demonstration. Well, we had no idea it was graduation week at the Naval Academy; and Beth ensured that we were well-prepared to fully enjoy our time during this very busy (aka crowded) week in Annapolis. Her recommendations and guidance were spot-on. From restaurants to an amazing time with Captain Andy who offered a charter on one of their boats to the the Blue Angels from the water- which was nothing less than spectacular. Their VRBO is indeed an oasis- and in a phenomenal location- close to just about everything, yet very private and exclusive. We will certainly return next visit to Annapolis, and will recommend to friends without reservation.

Relaxing Getaway!

I found Beth and Andy’s place because I wanted something different than a hotel stay. This was a business trip but why not enjoy your location? Well relaxing getaway was what I found! The property was so inviting, the hosts were extremely helpful, attentive and very welcoming. I had the apartment on the property and the amenities were great. Having a kitchen to avoid take out is always a bonus. The property was well kept and very clean. The pool and gathering areas very relaxing. The proximity to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy was extremely convenient. I appreciated the tour book in the apartment with all things Annapolis to help me navigate my stay. I even met some coworkers at Choptank (one of the recommendations) for dinner which as fantastic! The little extras and attention to detail made this work trip feel like a mini vacation. I arrived a guest but I feel like I left with a couple new friends. I will definitely be staying here again when I work in the area. No more hotels for me! I may even check out one of their boating adventures next time. I highly recommend Beth and Andy’s VRBO if you plan on being in Annapolis.

A perfect escape for our plebe

We had a short stay but we plan to return. The property is an easy drive from downtown Annapolis but it’s far enough to get a change of pace and scenery. The pool, grill and fire pit are beautiful—and exactly what a midshipman needs for a break. This is a really special place and the owners know what they’re doing. They go out of their way to make your stay private and enjoyable. Everything is clean, easy and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable , the bathroom is huge, the apartment is warm and cozy. (We stayed in November.). The owners are next door but you have ample privacy. I didn’t have to worry about my 7 yo waking anyone up. He loved the lights strung along the path to the river. This was our best VRBO experience yet.

Beth and Andy met and fell in love because of three things; the US Navy, lacrosse and family. Those three things are still an essential part of their lives. No longer Active Duty, they still actively sponsor many midshipman from the United States Naval Academy and enjoy coaching their daughter's lacrosse teams. We love our new venture on the VRBO site and love meeting new people.
