Fastigheten har en ny täckt båtbrygga som ligger i en
cove. Omgiven av skogar är detta den perfekta resan. Njut av vatten
skidåkning, fiske och alla de magnifika omgivningarna som erbjuds av
vackra sjön Norris i Tennessee. Byggt 2005, är vårt hem väl underhållet.
Hemmet är utrustat med 5 sovrum: Master bedroom = 1 King w / badrum, 2 drottningar i lägre sovrum delar ett badrum och 8 våningssängar i två våningssängar på övervåningen som delar ett badrum.

Time to get away

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this house, and are always very pleased. The location is great, the house is perfect, And it allows us to finally disconnect and recharge.

We had another fabulous family trip.

Love the house and the dock. Owners are great to work with and are always quick to be helpful. Would definitely recommend this lake home. Great location with a quiet cove to swim and relax. The jumping rock at the entrance to the cove is always a hit.

Great Place

The house was spacious, clean and plenty of room for 11 of us. Great dock on a quiet inlet. First time staying on this side of the lake and really enjoyed it, not as busy, smoother water and not far to many marinas. Would recommend this property

This was our first trip to Norris Lake and it didn't disappoint. The house was great-plenty of room and everything we needed. The dock and cove were wonderful for swimming/floating and fishing. Very peaceful and quiet area and neighbors were very nice. We rented a pontoon from Mountain Lake Marina which is about a 10 min boat ride from house. Jim was extremely responsive to any questions and provided all information to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

Great Lake get away

Perfect place on the lake. Quick and easy to all the Marinas, quiet dock, low wake. Plenty of house amenities- makes it nice when you are there. Internet is fast enough to stream tv and play games. Will definitely be back!

Great option for family reunion

We had a blast! The house was great for multiple families of different ages who want an escape. Pay attention to the driveway parking and steps down to the lake descriptions (both are accurate and can be a challenge for some people). Very quiet and peaceful

House was as advertised, clean with plenty of space & perfect for a group with families. Dock was superb with electric conveniently located for blowing up inflatables and charging boat batteries. Located in a very protected cove with easy access to jumping rocks and close to 3 marinas.

10/10 Excellent

Amazing week. This was our first trip to Norris Lake and so glad we chose this property for our stay. The house was perfect and we especially enjoyed the fire pit on the deck where we spent our evenings. There were many steps as warned but well worth the trip down to the spacious dock and peaceful cove where we swam and fished. Mountain Lake Marina delivered a pontoon boat right to our dock and we enjoyed exploring the lake for a few days. Jim was extremely helpful answering all my questions and providing all necessary information for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Norris Family Vacation

The house was in great shape and well equipped. Lots of space for 6 adults and 4 kids. Dock was fantastic. There are quite a few steps to the lake, but they were stone and sturdy and not slippery. Firepit area was very nice. Driveway was a little tricky (steep) but manageable. We brought in groceries and cooked all meals except for one. We took a quick boat ride to Mountain Lake Marina and had dinner one night. Great food and affordable. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect place for family.

Our stay here was fantastic. Everything it said in the listing was correct and the home was very well kept. Yes, there are a lot of steps going down to the dock but that is most places on lake Norris. The dock is huge and having the kayak and paddle board provided was a nice added bonus. There were nine of us total, including 19, 18 and 15-year-olds who had a blast. Communication with Jim was never an issue. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Lake Home!

This was our family's first trip to Norris Lake and we were very pleased and happy with our stay in Jim's home. Everything was perfect. Jim was very responsive to messages and we had no issues at all. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We took our boat along and docked it at the house for the week. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lake and surrounding areas. We would love to return for future visits! Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful home.

Very happy

We loved our week here. The kitchen was very well stocked with more than we have ever had at a vacation home. The house itself was clean and well laid out. I won the foosball tournament. Both decks had tables and chairs and the grill was a new Weber. The path down to the dock had a lighted handrail and pavers stairs. The dock looked new and was beautiful with trex decking, a roof and a huge swimming deck area with chairs. We are already thinking about coming back next year.

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay very much - perfect space for 8 people. Driveway was intimidating at first but we figured it out. Private dock was AWESOME…use of paddleboard and kayak was a great perk, my adult kids used them daily. We were able to cook just about every meal except 1(kids wanted wings at Whitman). House is on quieter side of lake, which was nice for wakesurfing and skiing, much less traffic than on northern side of lake. Jumping rock is super close to house. Plenty of coves to anchor and swim or just relax in water off dock. Owners were very easy to work with and information and rules were very clear. And it was awesome that we could bring our 5 year old lab. She actually loved the dock, riding on the boat and swimming. Plenty of marinas close by to grab ice cream or ice or gas for the boat. Great vacation! Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful home but…..

The home was beautiful and the dock was very nice. We expected the many stairs to the lake. What we did not expect was the plethora of loose pavers. I was holding onto the rail for dear life every time we went up or down. There was a machine running in the basement. Not sure what it was but it would kick on and off constantly (very very loud) which did not allow a peaceful experience sleeping or awake which was very disappointing. The deck was wonderful and the grill was also very nice. The ice maker in the fridge continued to click at all hours finally we just turned it off and bought ice. There was construction going on right next door so we were awakened daily to the beeping of the construction vehicles. The last thing I will say is the property was advertised as being good for dogs but there was only a small patch of grass by the shed. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I would not recommend telling folks dogs are ok and the pavers really need to be repaired.

Wonderful summer vacation with adult children and 1 newborn

We had a great time at the Gaskell's Norris Lake home. It was the first family vacation we've had all together with our now adult children, a spouse (ages 20, 24, 28) and our first grandchild, a newborn! We loved and utilized all that they had to offer... the covered slip for our boat, paddle board, kayak, fire pit, gas grill, air hockey and the very well appointed kitchen as we cooked dinner every night. We needed for nothing but here a couple of tips. We brought a folding table that we left on the covered portion of the dock to hold any food and supplies lending to fewer trips up and down the 70+ steps to the house. We would also recommend buying all of your supplies in town (we bought all of our necessary groceries not brought from home from Walmart) before heading to the house...it's a 20+ minute drive on narrow, winding roads. We thought we would head back into town half way through the week, not knowing the route, and once we were settled in decided not to make the trip there and back another time...we decided to make do and spend more time on the beautiful lake :) Thank you , Gaskell Family, for sharing your home with us, we had a beautiful and memorable stay!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Since we are located back in a cove, swimming around the dock or going for longer swims is perfectly fine since there is no boat traffic. There is also great hiking on the TVA trails across the cove you are certain to enjoy.
