The property was very clean. I appreciate having an attached garage to park in. Communication with the host was very easy. The property was quiet, I did not notice any noise at all. I enjoyed my stay at this property and would like to book this property again when I return to Orlando.

Beautiful and great condo! Directions were very clear and place was superb and very clean. Came with everything you can think of for a great vacation. Pictures and description was very accurate, would definitely rent again.

This place was exactly as listed. Very clean. Close to parks and had everything we needed. Check in process was easy and the owner was very easy to communicate with. If I had a question he answered almost immediately! Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this property. Spacious, super clean and comfortable. Nice touch to supply dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. We will be back.

Wedding Stay

The home was super clean, and very nicely furnished and decorated. It was spacious and suited our family of five very well for our two-week stay. We loved the view of the pond and the ducks in the backyard Alfredo responded to our messages promptly. The only issue we had was a problem with the internet connection, or the lack of it for almost a week.

Can't beat the location

We enjoyed our stay at the property! Alfredo was so communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had. It didn't take more than a few hours to hear back from him. There was a pack n play and high chair at the property, which was great for our toddlers. There were a few bugs spotted which is why I docked a star, but that might just be Florida for ya. The house was really clean otherwise, and the location was the absolute best. It didn't take us longer than 15-20 minutes to get to Disney World, 10-15 minutes to Disney Springs, 30 minutes to Universal, and 20 minutes to Sea World. There's a Walmart right across the street along with great places to eat if you want to avoid theme park food prices. As a heads up, the beds are firm and there weren't a lot of toiletries there. We didn't run out of toilet paper, but the shampoo provided wasn't enough to last a week. Nothing to complain about more as an FYI. We didn't have any problems getting into the home and liked that it had a gated entrance. All in all, I would totally stay here again!

Quick Drive to Disney

This property is perfectly situated to Disney, only about ten minutes away. It is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Alfredo provides you detailed information about the property prior to your arrival, and reminders before check out. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. His property was perfect for our quick stay!

Excellent Stay

We had a great time at this property. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Short drive to Disney. Lots of restaurants close by. Alfredo was a great host. Would stay again next time we are in Orlando.

Great getaway

I booked this VRBO for a week. The communication with the owner, Alfredo, was excellent. The place was perfect for our family of six. Many accomodations & very close to Disney & Universal. Perfect vacation spot!

Location of the property was great for visiting them parks and old Town Kissimmee was a nice little stop as well. Clean and very spacious condo that gave 4 adults plenty of room. Alfredo was great to deal with! with!withrespondedqueshad.

Family getaway

We were in town for UCA Cheer Nationals. This townhouse was clean, spacious, and the perfect location for traveling to Disney or just hanging out! We will be back next January.

Great Townhome

Property was great. My brother and I went to the Mecum Auction and wanted a nice place to stay, and this Townhome exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it! We will definitely rent it again.
