We love our home and know you will as well. Faubourg (fo-berg) St John is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New Orleans. Our home is 6 blocks to Jazz Fest, 6 blocks to the beautiful Bayou St John, and about 10 blocks from City Park with it lagoons, botanical garden, sculpture gardens, art museum, boating and golf courses. We are limiting the home to 6 people because we want there be low impact on our property. However it is 2400 sqft, has two porches, a balcony, and the most beautiful garden you can imagine. Shorter stay - maybe we can work something out.

Paradise in Bayou St. John!

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation and our visit to see our nephew graduate from high school. The Bayou St. John neighborhood is beautiful, safe and filled with restaurants, a great grocery (Canseco's) and not-to-be missed neighborhood dive (Liuzza's by the Track - best gumbo!) We found it easy to park our car on N. Gayoso Street, and also found it very easy and quick to Uber into the Quarter so as not to have to mess with parking there. The house is beautiful, large, clean, and impeccably decorated with lots of space for resting after New Orleans adventures. The back garden and porch were so lovely, we were tempted to not leave the house! Our hosts communicated well and left us a lovely note. We felt very welcomed. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we get together with our NOLA family.

Perfect Jazz Fest Retreat

The home itself was worth vacationing in. We came for Jazz Fest and the location could not be more perfect. Adorable home. Very spacious, well kept home, with beautiful art deco from the hosts travels, etc., feels like a home. Had everything we needed. Loved our breakfast on the back porch overlooking the garden. Walking distance to Jazz Fest. Absolutely perfect location. Truly perfect to avoid the traffic & parking hassle of the festival. Short Lyft/taxi rides to night time music venues & restaurants- Frenchman St and the French Quarter. A few yummy restaurants down the street. Michael & Donald were great hosts. I wish I had more time to explore the parks, cemeteries, etc., nearby! Would go back for sure!

Beautiful house and great neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s home while visiting for a wedding. The house itself is beautiful and and spacious and it is clear that Michael and Donald love their neighborhood and want you to enjoy it too. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Amazing Place

This is such an amazing and large place for two people. There were so many rooms and cool things to see we almost didn't leave the property during our stay. Honestly we would stay here again in a heartbeat and it's only a short walk from the best coffee we had in New Orleans, CC's Coffee.

Pure Bliss

We loved everything about this house! It was the prefect place to rest and recharge before our next NOLA adventure. We walked or easily ubered to all our destinations. The indoor decor is beautiful but the yard is breathtaking! We will be back!
