Underbart familjehus fullt utrustat med alla bekvämligheter som du kan förvänta dig i ditt eget hem. Byggdes 1904 och vackert restaurerad. Hemmet har trevliga arkitektoniska detaljer som original gipsformning, trägolv med hårda trägolv, franska dörrar som öppnar till en underbar veranda där du kan sitta och njuta av en kopp kaffe och uppleva new orleans som en ny orleanian !!! Charmigt hem i ett klassiskt grannskap som är bekvämt att så många attraktioner som Audubon park / zoo / golfbana / tennisbanor. St. charles ave. gata bil är en kort 3 kvarter promenad. Historic Magazine st. är bara 6 kvarter. Mycket bekvämt område med enkel tillgång till uptown (Tulane & Loyola universitet), carrollton / riverbend, centrum / lagerdistriktet & det historiska trädgårdsdistriktet och franska kvarteret. Hundratals restauranger inom några minuter. Sovrummen är oberoende (DETTA ÄR INTE EN SHOTGUN HOUSE) och det finns en bäddsoffa som tillåter ytterligare 2 att sova (hus 6 sovplatser totalt). tvättmaskin / torktumlare är inuti för din bekvämlighet. Great Location

Great location!

This house offered a great location and New Orleans experience. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is very convenient, and the grocery store across the street is a gem.

Location is Great

Wife me and friend stayed for jazz fest. The house is old and has old New Orleans house issues which is part of the charm of staying in New Orleans. Great backyard patio. Beds are not so comfortable. However complain about this regularly in rentals. Large layout. Also as it’s an old house the bedroom doors do not close. I mean they don’t even stay part way shut. So you need to enjoy changing with open doors fyi. Great to have grocery and liquor across the street. Neighborhood is safe and lovely.

Wonderful Walking Neighborhood

In town for a graduation - love the ability to begin our mornings with a walk to and around Audubon Park. Backyard is lovely for having drinks in the evening and of course the front porch is so inviting. We have stayed at this location before and will return.

A great location for a walkable visit to New Orleans

This is a great spot, groceries super close by and short walk to some great restaurants. Lots of room both in the house and the backyard to stretch out and visit.

Great place in a great location!

We loved being right across the street from Langenstein's, a great little market where we grabbed breakfast each morning. We wish it was warm enough while we were there to take advantage of the outdoor area! Great location in a sleep neighborhood, but still walking distance to Magazine. Loved the spacious rooms, and the master shower was awesome!

Fantastic location

Almost perfect! Great location in a beautiful uptown area that is safe and close to St Charles Ave and Magazine St where transport and restaurants are; well equipped kitchen; big spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; conveniently opposite a local grocery store. Small imperfections include having bedroom doors that cannot close or are difficult to close, not providing enough toilet paper, and being opposite a cemetery. But overall a most pleasant stay.

Great New Orleans house

This property was a lovely place to stay with friends. Spacious, with a great backyard to hang out and have drinks after a long day. Conveniently next to a grocery store and close to many great uptown restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

This was absolutely perfect for what we needed. As long-time residents of the neighborhood who now live out of town, it really was a home away from home. Very nice rooms and perfect location. Could not have been better! I would use it again anytime!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at Stephen’s home. The home is older and has beautiful original features. Loved the NOLA/jazz themed art around the home. The home had everything we needed. We felt right at home. Stephen was attentive and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay.

Location was excellent

Location was great! . House was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Back yard and porch needs updating. Bedrooms had nice sheets but mattresses and pillows need replacing. Overall we had a great time!

Great location and house. A group of 5 came for the Jazz Fest and enjoyed the weekend. The house is lovely but in need of updating. From mattresses, sheets, towels, etc to the outdoor seating area.
