Stunning entire house in Channel Islands Marina
Our home is over 3200 square feet designed with both elegance and comfort. We have staged it for an all inclusive stay. You can enjoy the fire pit sitting out over the marina, have a BBQ on the rear deck, or just lay in the hammock and relax. You have a private 45 foot boat dock stocked with paddle boards, kayaks, and a paddle boat. Life jackets and paddles are also available. The kitchen has high end Wolf and SubZero appliances as well as Wolfgang Puck pans for the best (and worst) of cooks. There are two rooms set up for couples and two rooms set up for singles, something for everyone.

We are a family with 6 children who have been living on our catamaran since 2013. (The photo is our family photo in 2014 in Panama just before we did the Pacific Puddle Jump across to the Galapagos and French Polynesia). When we first saw these homes being built, we fell in love with this one (note the end tie for a catamaran and the 6 foot wider yard than most as well as the private boat dock without a public walkway behind it). But we live full time on our yacht which is currently in Indonesia (half way around the world). Due to COVID restrictions, we've been unable to return to our home. When our long term tenant moved out, we moved in. Our children are now approaching college years and we will likely be returning to the states more often, but travel is our passion! So a short term rental to share our beloved home while we travel, with the flexibility of being able to use it ourselves when we are in the states, made the most sense. We have put months into renovations and upgrades to make it classy, but comfy, elegant, but durable.

You know what they say, location, location, location. This home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood which caters to outdoor activities. Miles of walking trails right out your front door, an exercise track, two small community parks and easy access to the HUGE Oxnard Beach Park. It's an easy walk to the beach down Wooley Blvd. or a very short drive.
This home is equipped with everything you need for recreation. There is a pool table, big screen TV, books and games for indoor activities. The yard has multiple patios, an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and hammock. And down on the dock you have equipment for getting out on the water - kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat.
The kitchen is immense with high end appliances and very well equipped. There is plenty of seating, a commercial quality cook top, a variety of pots and pans, and extra plates and utensils. As I said, it's our family home in off seasons, so while we aren't gourmet cooks, it is stocked comfortably for a family of 8 plus guests.
This home is equipped with everything you need for recreation. There is a pool table, big screen TV, books and games for indoor activities. The yard has multiple patios, an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and hammock. And down on the dock you have equipment for getting out on the water - kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat.

The 45 foot boat dock in your own back yard makes the entire Pacific Ocean your playground!!! It's such a treat to be able to kayak to Yolanda's or Toppers for dinner out or go down and grab a Blender's or a quick coffee. Change your mode to an aquatic lifestyle. You may never want to go back!!!
