Beautiful house with amazing views and location.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being right on the beach. The breeze was beautiful and the house was very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves the beach. The property manager was great with communication.

Absolutely Perfect in Every Way

First of all, a very big thank you to Cruz at T.R.E.E. - truly incredible customer service and immediate response at each request. This is truly an incredible home, location and lends to an incredible experience. Treat yourself, make memories and just enjoy - this is what this home is. I'll be back!

Nice Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay at this property. This was our 2nd stay. Location cannot be beat, almost feels like a private beach. Property was clean and comfortable. Our leasing agent was very accessible for any questions and concerns. Most all our meals were cooked at the home. Enjoyed the BBQ and nice quality appliances. Hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful property with amazing views

What a wonderful property this is. We arrived, Two families, to spend labor day weekend. We were instantly taken with the stunning ocean views, beach access, and well-appointed, clean, comfortable rooms. A superb master bedroom to relax and unwind. A loft area that was comfortable for the children. A kitchen and pantry that was well equipped. Could of used a set of steak knives. The beach toys in the garage were a big bonus.,The décor was very tastefully done. Simple, clean, yet comfortable in a modern setting. Nice access to the beach. I gave it five stars even though there were a couple of minor items that needed fixing (Especially the washing machine). The Management team (Vanessa) did leave additional sheets, towels and beach towels, which was helpful. Overall the house was great and we all have fond memories of our stay in Oxnard. Definitely would return.

Due to your feedback, we have added a set of 12 steak knives and fixed the other minor issues you and I discussed. Also, the owners have completely replaced the inconsistent washing machine with a brand new washing machine and dryer too!! Only Looks great in pictures

I woudl not recommend this place to to anyone. We were excited to stay at this place based on the pictures it looked very modern and clean. But when we checked in the only thing going for this place is the view. When we arrived this place was filthy !! Where the floors were still dusty , the rugs were not vacuumed. All the bed sheets had some type of brown or dark red stains on them, including pillow cases, which is very gross. As well as the towels are stained or dirty. There we’re ants in the bed , as well as many ants in master bedroom and downstairs on the countertops . A lot of the cookwear was dirty so we had to wash them . The master bedroom rug is stained everywhere ! Like a very old 90s condo carpet. Alll the couches had weird stains all over them and u did not want to sit there When we arrived and saw all these issues , I immediately contacted the host manager stating our issues. I will say he did go ahead and get someone to clean the place up, they vacuumed the place and washed all the floors. They bought brand new towels and bed sheets and pillow cases for each bedroom . So that helped. But checkin was at 3pm. We’re not able to go back to the house till 9pm, which in itself is a problem as anyone can imagine. We drove very far to this house and having a newborn after driving all day only to see that we couldn’t even properly check in till like 8:30pm very frustrating . All the furniture wasn’t cleaned though, and left in the condition it was.

Beach Retreat

Only complaint, were a few things needed fixing and that was a minor inconvenience. Overall glad we stayed here again.

Not a luxury beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was anything but luxury. When we arrived the floors were dirty and ants were in every room, countertops and bathrooms. We cooked dinner the first night and all the pots and pans had crusted food on them as well as dirty glasses. The ice maker was broken the entire time. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with no battery (safety hazard). The master bedroom air unit was shot and it was 85 degrees in there for all 11 days we stayed. We also had a baby sleeping in there in the heat. We had to purchase ant traps and many box fans. When trying to communicate with our “emergency contact” the first day was great then by day 4 until we left we couldn’t get a hold of him for anything and had to call the real estate agency which was not helpful either. We then called the “emergency contact” on the second to last day, from another persons phone who was renting with us and he picked up and seemed shocked to hear it was essentially from the same person trying to get a hold of him all week. We received no reimbursement for the fans we purchased or ant traps. When we asked for some type of compensation for the two weeks we rented bc we slept in 85 degree heat every night we were told we would get one night free. We really understand things happen with being homeowners but the fact that we just weren’t cared about or accommodated the whole time we were there is what upsets us. They never offered to bring ice over, ant traps, or any fans for the heat in the master. One night off for compensation is just not acceptable for all the trouble we went through and for the price we paid. I would not recommend this house if you’re looking for a “luxury beach home”.

Thanksgiving with family.

Either in November or the summer we try to get together with our family that spread out across the world. This Thanksgiving 2019 was another time we were blessed with our family . Our family had a wonderful time at 1013 Mandalay Bay. The house was suitable for our family and had abundance of items needed to feed our family for the Thanksgiving feast. Thank you for hosting us and letting us stay in your home. We hope we could do it again weather rain sun when fire. We also appreciate TREE for the quick response and feedback we got when we rented the house. Cruz Helped us with a few problems that did occur. Beautiful beach front getaway!

Loved the abundance of amenities in the garage for our use at the beach with our group. Kids have boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, chairs... the house itself is very modern and picturesque! Def one of the best properties we have stayed in!:) thanks!

Clean lines, gorgeous beach front property

We loved the asthetic of this house. It was perfectly appointed. gorgeously decorated, comfortable, sleek, and absolutely perfect for our family. The beaches are so private, which is exactly what we wanted. The children loved it! Plenty of space inside and out to relax.

Seagulls and Sandpipers

We all had a wonderful time at the beach, flying kites, building sandcastles, riding bicycles. We observed pelicans, seagulls, and sandpipers. Scenic views of the Channel Islands. Manager helpful in creating a pleasant and relaxing beach experience. So grateful.

Magnificent beach house!

Amazing views, on a beautiful, undiscovered beach - felt like we had it to ourselves. This house is in impeccable condition, really well stocked - had everything we needed. It’s in a wonderful location. Can’t wait to come back.
