My husband and I purchased this condo at the end of June 2021 for personal use and to serve as our first vacation rental property. We are new to this process and are still navigating the ins and outs and will continue to enhance and improve the process as we go.
We just finished a full remodel of this property at the end of 2021 and went with all upgraded finishes, appliances and selections to ensure that our guests truly have an exceptional experience during their stay. We made our selections based on what we would like to have while on vacation and have tried to provide everything you would need to be comfortable while on vacation.

We selected this property because of the gorgeous waterfront location that is truly "on" the beach. We love that this is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, yet still close to everything.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We love the fact that this complex offers multiple pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gym and snack bar all within the gates. You truly don't have to leave the property.
